We rented this apartment for 4 nights. The place is really good for families with kids - it is quite spacious and very close to the beach (12-minute walk). It’s also convenient for those who are planning to cook. Everything we needed was available there: all kitchen amenities, 2 separate rooms with TVs. We asked for an iron, and one was delivered promptly. Despite this apartment being converted from a garage, we didn’t feel uncomfortable or awkward. It had all necessary amenities, to include an air conditioner. We enjoyed our time in this house.

We loved how spacious the home was and all of the updated details. The best part was the location. It's super close to everything!

Everything was very good. Just as a sugestion, you could have a couple bicycles for rent because beach rentals are very expensive for the day.

So close to the beach! We easily walked there several times. The house was very clean and our host was so nice!

The kitchen table that's literally it.and that's not even the picture of the place we stayed in.

The smell of seweart the restroom had it was bad also how hot and humid the "house" was but it really wasn't a house it was a hot garage literally a garage only had a fan no sealing fan no air circulation the tvs didn't work l almost got our truck towed in the area they told us to park which was an alley i fell there was false advertising on the rental had to cut the trip short due to how humid and hot that rental/garage was it ruined our mini vacation we left the heat from Phoenix AZ to go to a got humid house/garage so it was a bummer i rate this a zero it shouldn't be in your booking.com site it's going to ruin lot of future vacations and that'll be unfortunate for future customers. Oh and the bed was broken the pullout couch didn't pull out had to sleep on the floor it was disappointed/horrible.

Great location in walking distance to the beach and pier.

Better information that the access to the property and parking is down the alleyway. A few more glasses, there was only three and no wine glasses. This is a new property for renting and I understand that it takes time to get things together. Hot water is VERY hot.
