Wonderful property for a vacation. House had everything we needed

My family and I love this home. It fits our needs perfectly. The home is well equipped, the beds are comfortable and the pool and tiki area are beautiful. Dock space is perfect for our boat. Thank you for allowing us to vacation in your home!

The house was nice. There were good things and things that need improvement. It did not seem quite ready for renters. I would recommend having beach chairs and umbrellas. Without these, it is difficult to enjoy any other areas. There is also limited plastic wear for to use outside. The knifes were terrible. We had to go buy a knife to use for cooking. The beds were also not very comfortable. On a positive note, the pool and large shaded areas were great. We also enjoyed fishing off the deck. The neighborhood was also nice.

We were very pleased with the property. It had everything we needed and we found it to be as described. Key Colony Beach is a beautiful enclave.

We had absolutely fabulous time at this property! The house we very well appointed and had everything we could have needed and more. The house itself was very roomy and well laid out...there was a place for everyone. The outside really shined...it was really HOT the week we were there, and the pool and outside area was well used. The whole property was well cared for and very clean. We did use the Cabana Club one day but having the pool right outside your door was just amazing. It was one of our favorite trips because there was so much to do around the house and a short ride to Key West proper!
