Excellent location and accommodations. Home was spacious and clean. Would recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful stay.

In late August I booked this property for a Nov date. I was a little hesitant as it only had 1 review at the time but the host was Premier, so I went ahead and booked it. 2 months before our stay a few negative reviews were posted and every negative thing they listed was the still the same problem we experienced 2 months later so nothing had been addressed! Positive side: It is a beautiful home in a very nice area and could be a 5 star but needs much improvement. Many issues with this property but first and foremost is it is in need of an overall good deep cleaning and then just general cleaning between guests and when we arrived it was not acceptable. It lacks hospitality as well. I did address many issues with the owner right way and in the end and was thanked for bringing it to their attention, but as I said....some of it was issues in reviews 2 months prior, so nothing had been done. If they listen and make the changes needed it will be a nice place to stay.

House is large and open format. Water pressure in showers were perfect. 2 stars overall for the following reasons: - king size bed is an 5” spring mattress with satin bedsheets that kept slipping - 3 queen beds were similar and uncomfortable - listing is for a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom place and is really 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. - listing is also for 8-10 people, there were not enough towels and bathroom mats for showers - bench in the master room closet is broken and about to fall apart - shower door in master room is still broken and hasn’t been fixed according to previous reviews - overall, a beautiful home that needs huge improvement with hospitality

Beautiful home in great neighborhood close to lots of amenities. Great home for large gatherings -- would recommend a BBQ and some large serving dishes to accommodate. Other than that, nice stay!

This house is very quiet and yet close to things. It's safe neighborhood and very well upkept one. Mo was easy to work with on details and responded quickly. Mo seems like a caring, concerned person and I recommend any of his listings. My friends and I were there to reconnect at a reunion and this place was perfect spot. The living room is comfy and fits a ton of people. The bedrooms were comfy and private. You will enjoy staying here.

Hello, I would love to give you a 5 star rating although there are serval things that are not 5 star. When we arrived at 410pm yesterday it appeared that the cleaning people had just started to clean. They, asked us to leave, although to where I am not sure. So we waited in the back yard for 30mins for them to finish cleaning. When we entered the house the code you said to use did not work. When we did enter the house we found a dishwasher full of dirty dishes, with dirty racks in the toaster oven. Also the burners on the oven the far right burner turns on then flame dies but gas is still running (very dangerous) . There is a missing remote for the TV in living room. In the living room cup holders in the couch were full of trash and old used toothpicks. The kitchen which is advertised as a full kitchen with all the things has 1 fork. Garbage outside are full and we will not be able to place our garbage in them. Unfortunately I will be giving you closer to a 2.5 star as the dirtiness of the house in unacceptable. This was my message to owner when i arrived. response was thanks for letting us know. i would recommend a stay here especially when you let the owners know of the unacceptable conditions and all they offer is a Thanks. Save your money

Great location, nice, house and grounds. Silverware amounted to one fork, several knives, several spoons. Bed in master and first bedroom down hallway were very uncomfortable. No barbeque Kitchen is poorly supplied. Fry pans are non-stick and all were badly scratched (teflon can cause cancer), no olive or other cooking oils, poorly designed layout. The listing says the house is four bedroom and three baths when it is actually 2 1/2 baths. The shower door in the master bath does not close. The code to the door did not work, we were able to use the alternate number provided.
