The apartment is very central and within minutes walk of all the shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. The owner is extremely kind and very sweet. She would bake Cretan specialties and leave them in our apartment to enjoy - and we did!

Being so central, there can be some noise at night from loud motor scooters, but this is not of course something the owner can control, so it is not a criticism-

Beautiful private patio under the wineleafs for selfmade breakfasts. Very clean, cleaned every day, even our dishes. Hostess lives round the corner in case you need something. Everything is so near; marvelous beach, restaurants, shops, bakery... Still no annoying sounds or loud music. Very peaceful.

The door gets locked quite easily, so beware :D Nothing really to complain.

Internet quality was very poor.

Very close to beach, a nice terrace. On the Main Street of the village. The hostess is a kind nice lady.

Amenities not worth the price. The studio is really not a studio but just a room with a small counter and sink. Towels and sheets were not changed ( in 3 days). There was no hot water for 3 days, the hostess apologised (mentioned that someone will come and fix, but that could not be completed on time). The hostess offered us another room on the lower floor with the promise that it has hot water, but that too did not have hot water. These basic things should be improved. Amenities in the room are basic/non existent compared to other places in Crete where we stayed Car parking on the road could be tricky, as the house is in absolutely on the street.
