Very clean, well appointed decor and everything we needed for a great stay. Jacuzzi on the back porch was fantastic. Six adults stayed comfortably. Lake view stunning

Very nice house, steep stairs going down to lower bedroom, minor maintenance needed screws loose and trim on basement staircase loose. If you are planning on cooking you will need to bring all spices, aluminum foil. Coffee pot there but bring coffee. Bring extra towels, they do provide towels but kind of small.

A group of women, in their early 30s, got to enjoy a beautiful view in a quaint cottage! It was warm, homey, and inviting. Quick commute to neighboring downs and quick into Seneca Falls. Property was clean, hot tube was easy to use, and rooms were the perfect size. We arrived an hour early, from out of state, and the house was cleaned and ready. They even, so kindly, let us in early! Highly recommend for the water view alone, the rest is a bonus!

Everything was great! I took my daughter and bridesmaids for her bachelorette long weekend beautiful place and Lakeview was exceptional.

We take a road trip annually and this year settled on the Seneca and Cayuga Lake areas. We decided to find a home base and venture out from there each day. This was a great place to stay on the water with great views. The water was a little weedy so we didn’t swim but may have ventured off the end of the dock if we really wanted to. The hot tub was a nice feature and we used it the one evening it wasn’t raining. A couple “disappointments” for lack of a better word, was the steeper stairs inside the home to the second level and steep and narrow stairs to the basement level and there was no bathroom on the main living floor which wasn’t the end of the world but a little challenging as we had a few people in our group with knee issues. Overall a pleasant and clean place to stay. Would recommend for a small group.

This house is absolutely gorgeous. It has everything you could ever need for any length of stay. The beds are very comfortable. It definitely feels like home. The hot tub was a perfect way to end a fun day on the lake. You wont be disappointed!!!
