This property was lovely for our 4 night stay in Hilton Head. The listing represents the accommodations well. We loved the balcony view of the ocean. As pictured in the listing, you can see the water but not the beach. We appreciated the top notch proximity to the beach, a 3 minute (max.) walk to the sand. The kitchen was well appointed for all of our cooking needs, and we ate there 3 meals a day! We generally enjoy cooking together but the small space only allowed for one adult to cook at a time. Not a deal breaker, we'd definitely stay again. The layout of the unit was comfortable for 2 adults but we would have felt tight with more people. Again not a deal breaker, we'd stay again. We both slept well in the bed, although the pillows were too big for us. Not a deal breaker, did I mention we'd definitely stay again! I appreciated the cleanliness of the space, great water pressure & abundant hot water. Love, love, loved the bicycles! It was the first time either of us had biked on the beach, what fun! The property manager, Lori, replied to our inquiries in a timely fashion. The location was convenient to walk to the center of town or drive to the grocery store. We didn't use the elevator, it was on the opposite end of the building from the apartment. We also didn't use the pool. The coin operated laundry was convenient to the unit, well kept and useful.

Super close to the beach and everything in Hilton Head. Would not recommend for more than two adults but great for a couple or a couple with a couple small children.

This is our second time staying at one of the Bailey's properties. Like the first one, this condo did not disappoint. It was clean, comfortable, and located close to the beach and Coligny Plaza. Also, we appreciated being able to ride the two free adult bikes that came with our stay. I would definitely recommend renting this condo.

We enjoyed ourselves in HH. A charming condo that suited our needs. It was just right for us. So close to the beach. We really only spent the evenings in the condo sleeping. We spent most of the time on the beach. Sunrise is amazing. This condo had everything we needed in comfort and close to the beach. I rode one of the bikes daily. Having beach chair was also a plus. WE had a delightful stay.

We have been coming to Seaside Villas for a few years now, and thus was our easiest and smoothest process from start to finish. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We loved this unit.

This condo was very comfortable for myself, my husband, and our two children. The king size bed was very comfortable! Our kids are teens and they chose to sleep in the living room to watch tv. They used the pull out sleeper sofa. Great ocean view and very close to the walkway to the beach. Small kitchen, but we walked to Coligny for dinner most nights. After dinner, we walked back to our condo via the beach. We would stay here again.
