Nice apartment very comfortable and clean. Great wifi and tv channel options. The air conditioner was great! There are restaurants and convenience stores near.
The one staff treated me like I was not going to pay. I told him I didn't have change and when I go to the store I would give him the 22 DHS. He sat and argued with me and demanded that I give him 100 DHS and his colleague would give me the change. Didn't sound reasonable

شقة واسعة في سنتر كازابلانكا.
موظف الإستقبال الثاني الكبير في السن متعاون جداً ويجيد اللغة الإنجليزية.
تسجيل الدخول كان غير إحترافي لصعوبة التواصل مع موظف الإستقبال الأول الشاب حيث لا يجيد الإنجليزية ولا العربية.
رائحة كريهة في الشقة لا تستطيع تحديد مصدرها ولا تستطيع منعها وستتأقلم معها مجبرا.
جراج المواقف للسيارات صعبة للغاية في الدخول والخروج.

la maintenance des équipements, j'ai signalé à plusieurs reprises que des ampoules ne fonctionnaient pas, mais elles n'ont pas été changées. Les portes d'armoires frottaient au sol et certaines charnières étaient cassées; les rideaux avaient des anneaux cassés.

Ligging is goed vlakbij de centrum en vlakbij de boulevard. Lift en alles wat je nodig hebt zoals babybed, stoel, koelkast, Netflix etc.
Mooie Appartement maar niet goed afgewerkt, deuren gaan niet goed dicht, verlichting knippert, muren zijn vies en kasten zijn stoffig. Warm water was 1 x niet beschikbaar tijdens onze 5 nachten. Bij de receptie werken helaas alleen Franstaligen, de jongere man was niet echt sociaal en de oudere man was wel vriendelijk.

Die Qualität der Möbel war nicht das Gelbe vom Ei aber ausreichend für den Aufenthalt

Localisation, parking privé sécurisé, la superficie de l'appartement, propreté, accessoires, cuisine, literie, rapport qualité prix très bien...
L'insonorisation des fenêtres autour des cadres, manque de quoi accrocher ou poser ses vêtements, serviettes dans la salle de bain. Le descriptif des appartements est identique pour tous, seul le prix change mais on ne sait pas à quoi ça correspond.
Fournir deux serviettes pour une réservation de deux personnes.

Central location
1)There was no sofa bed as was mentioned in booking
2) there were no convers, when we asked for covers we got sheets only
3) the sofa was full of bugs
4) there was no soap in the toilet and when asked they said u get some from shop
5) the wifi account mentioned in the joining instructions was not accessible and we called the hotline number and he said he will get back to us and he never did
