Everyone & everything was good about our stay except the 1st 2 nights the room next to us had their tv very very loud. We did call the front desk & they called that room & they did turn their tv down but still continued to talk in ver loud voices.

Good Hotel. Clean and nicely organized room. good size fridge. Their market is great also, been to more expensive hotels that don't have as much as this little market. Parking lot is great, enough room for everyone. Will definitely recommend and look forward to staying here again.

Our checking was early with Julie and she was simply the greatest. So great to start our visit with somebody like her.

This was a perfect place for what we needed while visiting family in Prescott Valley. The room was large, clean, and had all the basics we needed as well as a refrigerator and microwave.

The night staff clerk was very helpful in getting checked in quick. The morning breakfast was a little weak. They were out of most things. The room was nice and comfortable

Very good. Just a couple of things that we didn't love: The wall are very thin. The people upstairs sounded like a heard of elephants when they checked in at midnight. Put a towel rack by the sink. The sink is outside of the bathroom but the towels are in the bathroom. Staff friendly, beds very comfortable. Easy check in. We would stay again.

I like the Choice Hotel brand. The hotel was on a main road and easily visible. The property is utilitarian on the outside, it has business and comfort on the inside. The check in desk was staffed with a very helpful young lady.

Pro is that hotel recently refurbished so most everything is new including the beds. Con is that location can be difficult to find, especially at night.

Breakfast did not have a lot of options. Chicken nuggets on breakfast bar as meat option was odd. No eggs.

This hotel has really upgraded since turning into a Clarion. It was very clean and quiet. The staff were all very nice and helpful. We loved how clean and modern the upgrades are.

In 35 years of traveling this is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The cost was $180 for the night which is extremely high for a budget hotel but everything was high given it was the evening of the Prescott Courthouse Christmas lighting. The only positives are the front desk lady (Julie) & in general they did a decent job keeping the rooms updated. However, when we got to our room the bathroom was dirty (floors and tub surround). We were tired & figured the rest of the room looked ok so rather than switch rooms, we'd deal with it & shower when we got home the next day. After being in bed for an hour or so, we could hear the loud moaning & groaning of the people next door, we banged on the door which quieted them down for a couple of minutes but this went on amazingly for over an hour at which point we complained to the front desk & they moved us to a different room. After moving everything to another room in the middle of the night we found the bathroom in this room was just as bad as the first but this time the wall had vomit or urine on it. Very early the next morning the people next door started going at it (walls are paper thin). We showed & texted the pictures to the front staff lady (Julie) & stated we wanted our money back. Julie apologized for the noise; agreed the rooms were disgusting; was going to send the photos to her boss (Jericho) to see how to give us our $ back since we already pd Expedia & Jericho would call us back; still waiting.

The lady that checked me in was great; but the one that checked us out was rude when we informed her that the room was very hot and we did not turn on the heater. I was on the first floor keep in mind facing the parking lot and instead of apologizing for the bad night she said why we didn’t prop the door open or the window. Yes we could have turned on the a/c but it still was rude for her to blame us for being uncomfortable in the room. The online description also stated that it was a 7 minute walk for the town center which is a lie as it’s a 4-6 minute drive. It also was difficult to get out onto the main road as you can only turn right and not left, which is an annoyance as you have to go in a circle to go places.

Jess was perfect,great customer service skills.room was very clean but the beds were lumpy,the noise from the surrounding area woke us up,the walls are very thin and can hear every footstep, there was no pool but the add showed they had one,and the breakfast was terrible.the very bare minimum was available for breakfast.but the price point was very good but was hoping I got a great deal but I got what I paid for.but the staff was excellent.

This hotel is very conveniently located for me. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was included. I was very happy with my choice. No complaints!

Great hotel!

For a quick getaway, the room was nice and the facilities were clean. I liked the smart TV that allowed us to stream our shows without needing to log in. Also enjoyed the free breakfast. My only complaint is the noise from the carwash behind the building. Luckily it doesn't run all night, but they do start at 7 AM per the website.
