There was a total of 3 of us that stayed in this property and it was a comfortable stay. It is spacious and well maintained. It’s close to restaurants and shops that are in walking distance. The view when you walk through the door is amazing! That is what sold us and what will keep us coming back. It is a very quiet building with one very sensitive neighbor.

Stayed for a few nights with my family of 4 while we visited LA. Condo is in a good location. It has a nice balcony with a great view of the water. we were able to walk next door to the UCLA marine center and rent kayaks and then kayak right up to the seals in the marina. You do have to meet a property manager in person to be let in to the condo on the first day as an FYI but the communication with them was easy. Condo was well stocked for cooking, coffee, laundry and checkout was also easy.

The apartment was really lovely. Only issue was accessing the apartment during our check in. The garage door was faulty and it took us over an hour just to get into the property.
The host was however really helpful and made our stay really comfortable

The most serene, beautiful views we’ve ever had in a VRBO. Clean, well stocked and convenient to stores, cafes and restaurants. In the morning we would sit with our coffee on the balcony and watch the sailboats and seals, and at sunset, we would watch as all the boats came back into harbor. Wonderful!

Had a lovely stay by the beach - amazing location, quiet and relaxing. Apartment had all amenities we needed, was clean and comfortable, mgmt friendly and responsive. My only complaint is that sofa and carpet have quite a few stains (pet accidents?). Would suggest replacing as it is unsightly.

I stayed here for a bachelorette weekend with a few girlfriends. The space was incredibly well kept and clean and the amenities of the building were lovely. We really loved the balcony overlooking the marina and the access to the lovely walking path. I highly recommend this spot for a quiet get away!

We were so grateful to find this lovely rental on short notice after picking up our daughter from college and deciding to stay a few extra days in Los Angeles. The views were amazing all day but especially spectacular at sunset. The family room was spacious and perfect for our family of 6. We enjoyed cooking in the lovely and clean kitchen with views of the water and courtyard. We also enjoyed taking walks along the marina and watching boats come and go as we enjoyed drinks on the balcony. The community amenities were nice and we loved being close to shops, the beach and Trader Joe’s. The property managers were very helpful as well and were quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to return soon!
