The shower floor was gross. We didn’t shower because we didn’t think it was clean.

Arrived at the hotel at 3pm, check in time, and waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the counter. Stayed three days and attempted calling the front desk multiple times no answer. Exiting and entering the building never saw anyone at the counter until checkout, only had to wait a few minutes. Over all decent hotel for the price, bed comfortable, fridge large, room could be cleaner but nothing crazy bad. Breakfast is the typical sausage gravy with biscuits, except these biscuits were rock hard and cold. Only other hot food was again the typical waffle maker. Oh and theJuice machine didn't work, now I'm just nit picking.

This Quality Inn is a remodel of an older hotel in the area, and while an improvement - is still not up to the usual hotel standards. Location was good, but the area isn't that great.

We selected this hotel because it was the only one available for the weekend (big ND game), which was definitely not commensurate with the price tag.
The hotel is dated, with some new decor and items being added. Our bathroom was old and in need of a good scrub. The toilet seat broke and was not repaired after our request.
The breakfast was decent, and the coffee was good.
The bed was comfortable.
Overall, they are getting an exorbitant price for a 2-star hotel based on demand. It's good for them but not great for the customer.

On the scale 1 - 10 this is solid 10. Everything expected was there, clean and functionable. Check in and check out easy and friendly. Breakfast simple (as expected) and the same time everything was plenty and good quality. If we'll need to stay in that area again, don't see reason to look for any other place.

Very average. Dingy. Fine for a hotel stay on a ND football weekend. Wasn’t price gouged too bad. I would never stay here unless for a football weekend.

Don’t stay here. This place was absolutely disgusting. I’ve stayed in college town hotels and this was by far the worst one yet. Shower looked like a murder scene was committed, bugs crawling on the walls, ceiling looked like it was going to fall and hairs all over the ground from probably the last 200 guests.

The room we were given was across from the ice machine and vending machines, and on a corner of the hallway with an exterior exit door. Walls were thin, outside noise and neighboring noise were noticeable and interrupted sleep. Cleaning by staff in hallway at 2:30am also was less than ideal. The hotel is fine, a utilitarian option for those visiting ND for games...aside from the noise disturbances, it was basically as advertised...a no frills alternative in a fairly convenient location to the ND campus.

The hotel tried to say we didn’t pay already when we did. Then Victor got upset because I went to my phone to prove that a payment came out. Then they charged me an extra $205 dollars and the only way I knew that was I seen the pending charge. Then they tried to lie and explain it away. Saying that it will not come out. It’s still pending this morning so we will see. The room was nice but the tub was disgusting. Pic below.

Traveling with a pet is always difficult, but i was placed in a room right across from the maintenance area where they worked loudly until 11pm. This spooked my dog, and made sleeping near impossible. I also had no hot water, and wi-fi was not able to connect as too many users were on the network.

The property was fine, however a power saw being used very close to my room (145) after 9:00PM was very aggravating!

The room had no hot water for starters and neither did most of the other guests, which made for an interesting shower. The tub was disgusting and hadn’t been cleaned in years. The ac unit was so loud it was like being at a drag strip. The night staff barely spoke
English and took damn near an hour to check us in and couldn’t provide us with a receipt because the printer was broke. Plus we were overcharged and when inquiring about a refund nothing was taken care of. Avoid this place

Our tub was absolutely disgusting, severe stains and fitlh. Dripped and leaked nonstop. We were in the room for a very short period of time so did not even get to complain. Do not stay in Room 217.

Property, although newly renovated still had a smell in hall ways. Limited hot water to shower. Complained to staff but they did not have any solution. Asked for additional towels, staff made me walk with him to the laundry facilities, rather than saying , I will bring it to your room. I booked this hotel again in October but will cancel my reservation! Not impressed with the hotel!

Hotel is being remodeled. First room on check in one bed was not made. Switched rooms. Room was clean but felt damp. Showers were maybe luke warm. Service was probably the best part. They were quick and readily available during our stay. Was not very busy but imagine that changes during the football season.

When we arrived there was no front desk person. We had to call a number for them to come from some other place to help us check in.
The room looked nice but the floor was actually really dirty- after I showered there was dirt on my feet from the walk to the bed from the bathroom.
The shower didn't look super clean and it's definitely rusting too much. Also, the toilet clogged after one use.. it shouldn't do that.
The air conditioner is VERY outdated and didn't do what it was supposed to do.
Will not return. I'll pay a little extra for a better hotel.

I was disappointed upon checking in and seeing my room. The first thing I noticed was that the shelf above the hangar rod was extremely dirty to the point I couldn't store clothes on top of it. There was also a used washcloth from the previous guest still hanging on the shower curtain. Finally, there was what sounded like a party in the room above me on my last night. As far as I know, no hotel staff made any attempt to quiet the guests down. Anyway, needless to say, I slept very little. I had just stayed in a Quality Inn in Missouri and had a very positive experience with it. Therefore, I think the problems are unique to this particular Quality Inn.

Moved me to six different rooms and number six is dirty too. One of the rooms the door wouldn’t even lock. Horrible place!

Newly renovated, fantastic new look and feel. Cleanliness very good. Decent selection for breakfast. Only negative was loud neighbors after midnight that were shouting at each other.
