Sehr zentral gelegen
Sehr einfache und nüchterne Einrichtung, die Sauberkeit war nicht wie man es erwartet, der austritt zur Dachterrasse mit ca 40 cm Höhe sehr schwer zu meistern, die Heizung funktionierte auch nicht , es waren bei unserem Aufenthalt ca 17grad in der Wohnung. Die Parkmöglichkeiten waren auch umständlich.

Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt. 5 Min. Fuß weg zum Bahnhhof. Besser kann man es nicht haben. DIe Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und so soll es sein. Ich kann den Leuten die Wohnung definitiv weiter empfehlen.

Beautiful flat with everything you need, very close to the central station, the city centre and the Theatre/Opera House. Nice terrasse on the roof, where you can even have barbecue. Very friendly landlord, uncomplicated - just perfect!

Good location close to the hbf and the old pretty neighborhoods around the river.
Rooftop terrace is a perfect place to relax in the evening with your favorite drink, even has bbq. It feels quite private there, no direct neighbors and the view is pretty good.
The apartment is comfortable enough and feels homey with some personal touches.
Gonzalo is very friendly and welcoming :)
Top floor with no elevator, but we didn’t have luggage so it didn’t really matter
