The furniture is in good condition, the bed too. Is bery close to the beach, and to the restaurants.

In the kitchen, I found dishes dirty, I had to wash everything that I used, and I found cackroaches in the kitchen drawer.In the restrooms, the toilet seat was loose. The water in the bathtub goes very slowly, I mean, I was taking a shower, and my feet were in the water because the water wouldn't go away. I found personal stuff behind the mirror. The washing machine works very well, but the house vibrates when the washing machine is spinning, and went the water is draining it sound even in the kitchen. The walls of the house are falling in parts. It seems the water entered the house, and the paint began to peel off. Outside, the green trash can smell horrible because it has waste. By the last day, worms were already coming out of it.

The property was very beautiful. Literally 2 min walk to the beach for a great value price. Most definitely will recommend.
