We have traveled full time with our dogs for a decade. And we are in transition right now on a move to Italy. So we were looking for a relaxing and unique stay. We absolutely loved this home. Most importantly, our dogs did too. A nice backyard, dock, screened in porch and more. Niki is an amazing host and we hope to be back soon. Brickle and Fruitycake say thank you!!!

This A frame house is very cute and fun! Our group had a great time and enjoyed the porch, although the weather was a bit chilly to stay outside much of the time for a Floridian like me. Weeki Wachee and Tarpon Springs were great low-key activities that worked for our group.

We had a great time at this property for adults two kids located right on the water, plenty of kayaks and local attractions and things to do definitely recommend staying if you’re in the area

First time staying in Hernando Beach. The small town had many restaurants close by with good food, as well as a bait shop and Marina shop, all within bicycling distance. The Town of Spring Hill was a short 10 minute drive. The home was very unique: a smaller A Frame type home with a loft and a large game room. We liked the large porch in the back that ran the length of the home, overlooking the dock, pool, and waterway. The AC units kept the home cool. There was plenty of parking for our boat trailer and 2 vehicles. The kitchen appliances were all newer, as well as the washer and dryer. The home was clean. This is not a newer home with large open spaces, vaulted ceilings, expansive bathrooms and such, but it is priced accordingly. We enjoyed watching the shrimping boats drive by on the way out to the gulf every afternoon. It was a short 10 minute no wake zone drive to the main channel, then a 2.5 mile ride to open waters at cruising speed. The owners were very quick to respond if we had a question.
