They upgraded our room to one with a jacuzzi. The view was spectacular and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great- there was a variety of different options including fresh fruit and freshly squeezed juice. It was just such a relaxing stay.

Very nice hotel, very nice and large rooms; all employees very friendly; great breakfast with different offer every day; clean; all in all highly recommendable.
Own secured parking lot if you have a rental car.
The village itself is calm which we liked a lot. Only 15 min walking along a very nice hiking-way to Fira. We loved the hotel.

The location and view were astonishing. The staff very nice and efficient.
The hotel needs a renovation urgently, the reception, the rooms had a lot of wires. The staff needs more training for a hotel and price like that.

The location and view was fantastic and the breakfast staff were friendly
it was not. 5 star hotel although you paid the price a 5 star. The water went off twice and electrics and we were advised it was a general outage but for the price being paid this should not happen. At breakfast one morning there was no tea and in the room the shower gels and mini bar were not replenished without having to ask more then once.

amazing stay! the facilities and the staff were A+.
we have stayed here 3 times now and will definitely return again! the pool was wonderful, the food and drinks were fantastic and the location was perfect! the most amazing sunset views! A special mention goes to John from the restaurant. John always made sure we were happy, passed on messages to us from reception each morning at breakfast, gave us tips on Greek foods wines and Greece in general and always made the time to greet us! each morning he remembered our frappe order with breakfast! it is staff like John that make the stay that much better!

Great views, nice staff and great bed and breakfast. Breakfast was decent I think they could improve on it a tiny bit but overall it was stellar. Views are fantastic. Rooms clean and very nicely decorated.

The rooms were beautiful and the staff was among the best that I have ever seen.
The smell of sulfur on the island in general which caused the water and room to smell a bit.
