This was a perfect fit for my 4-person family visiting from out of town for the weekend. We didn’t spend much time at the house except to shower and sleep, but our time there was comfortable. House was clean and the owner left nice welcome treats for us. Like others commented before, the lockbox isn’t easy to find, and there is no number on the house - so getting in the first time in pouring rain wasn’t so easy, but otherwise we didn’t have any issues. Would recommend if you want a place walking distance to center of town.

The house was nicely equipped. The back yard was in rough shape and not fully fenced as advertised. We were traveling with our dog and part of what drew us to this property was thinking the back yard would be fenced. Not a show stopper, just a little disappointing.

Lovely small home in a nice neighborhood. Looks well designed, tastefully decorated.
Communication with the host was great. Check in was easy and they reached out frequently to check whether we needed anything. We didn’t run into any issues, but it was nice to know they were available if needed. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the Newburg area again next year!

This property is clean and comfortable with easy walking access to downtown Newberg.

The property felt like it was recently improved. My only complaints were the difficulty finding the key box to get in. I looked and looked and the property manager wasnt answering the phone at first. The only other isdue we had was the putside space was very overgrown so it wasn't usable. The ceiling in the kitchen also had old cooking residue from the previous people cooking there. Overall nice place with modern amenities.

Lovely and very clean home located in a quiet neighborhood in Newberg OR. I was in town for a local horse show and the location ended up very convenient for my needs.
The home seems to be somewhat recently remodeled so the finishes throughout most of the home were quite nice. And it was a very hot weekend during my stay, so the fact that there were ac window units was an absolute godsend. Beds were comfy with plenty of blankets and pillows. And the shower was roomy and had good water pressure and temperature.
It was dark when I arrived and I had a bit of trouble locating the key, but the manager was very quick to respond and helped me right away.
Overall a very nice retreat after long, exhausting days at the barn!
