Property is exactly as described except better. Backyard is a beautiful escape to just lounge and relax in. Short walk into Dover for dining and the beach. Dont hesitate to book this property you will not be disappointed.

Steve’s place was clean, comfortable and very well equipped to enjoy an amazing weekend in Port Dover.
The fenced backyard is built for a great time with friends, the hot tub, the fire pit table the gorgeous outdoor kitchen!
Inside is welcoming and comfortable, they add welcoming touches like wine, chocolates and cookies!
It’s about a 20 min walk to all the downtown shops and restaurants and the beautiful beach.
I can’t wait to go back!

Steve's house was just perfect for 4 adult friends and 1 pet during the civic holiday. His house is very well maintained, well decorated, with all the facilities you could imagine you would need. Very comfortable beds, quality bedding, fluffy towels, very well organized kitchen utensils, well ventilated and spacious environments and very clean and cozy. The outdoor area with grill, hot tube and fireplace is a show in itself. We felt very comfortable and well hosted. In addition to all this, Steve is a great host with very clear and efficient communication with his guests. Everything went in perfect order from the moment of booking, through the instructions on how to access the house until the final instructions for returning the keys. We recommend Steve's house and have already favorited him for our next trip!

Steve's place was great for our adult family spending a long weekend in Ontario. It was the perfect blend of relaxation and things to do nearby.
The outdoor kitchen is awesome and the deck/hot tub provided fun areas right at the house.
The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Steve's house was a wonderful place to stay for both relaxing at home and also exploring the region. Port Dover is a quaint little beach town that is great for a weekend getaway. The house was very well equipped and the outdoor area was lovely. Remember to bring sheets with you - although Steve mentioned it in the property description, we forgot and ended up buying a set of sheets at the local Canadian Tire relatively inexpensively. If you need any big-box stores such as Canadian Tire, Walmart, Canada's Superstore, etc., those are accessible by 15 minute drive to the nearby town of Simco. The one and only drawback is that the house will be challenging for anyone who has mobility issues: there is a very steep set of stairs going from the first to second floor, and the bathtub also has a high side wall to step in and out of. With care, both are manageable though. Overall a wonderful stay - thank you Steve!
