The unit itself is lovely, spacious and comfortable. It's a ground floor unit, so not a lot of sunlight. My only complaint is that it was so incredibly noisy a few of the mornings and all the sound could be heard in the unit that I was staying in. So, I woke up at 6am for 2-3 days in a row because there was so much noise in the owner's unit above. I actually left/ended my reservation early because I could not handle the noise so early in the morning. I would not recommend that anyone stay here if the family in the upstairs unit will be there at the same time.

Very well appointed apartment. Super clean and modern. Brand new. Gorgeous. We live at the Linnell Landing beach when we are at the Cape - it's a quick hop in the car from the Apt. Great place.
