This property was AMAZING! Everything that you could need was available and the property management was very helpful! The location was perfect and the golf cart was an added bonus! This one is a NO BRAINIER!

We came together for my wife's 55th birthday and enjoyed the house immensely. A close walk to the beach plus a 6-person golf cart made getting around easy, and we enjoyed the pool and cookout tables right across the lane. The location is also near many good eateries and only a half hour from Crab Island. The only issues were the automatic garage door not functioning and a slightly confusing kitchen oven - both very minor. Everyone agreed we will have to come back again!

The only issue we had was with the A/C unit but Kandance sent someone out to take a look at it. Overall we will definitely be booking for next year! Also be sure to bring your own towels.

We enjoyed our stay here. Very spacious. I don’t recall in the description that the main level was on the second floor. So consider this when renting if you have elderly people with you or a lot of food & luggage. . To management.. the trash wasn’t removed prior to our stay so there was an overflow of trash.

Beautiful property. I am use to beach front; however access to a golf cart was great to have for older members of our party. Property owners may want to contact cleaning service to ensure the property is clean. The floors and beds were not clean. We found a full set of dentures in one of the beds, we had to purchase mops to clean the floor because the floor were very dirty and the mop in the house was extremely dirty. Overall, this was a wonderful stay but you may have to do some cleaning when you arrive.

Enjoyed the house. Met our needs for a large house to accommodate our golf friends.

To begin with, I rented the house online direct from Destin Getaways after searching through several different companies with houses in this community. DG let me know later the price i reserved was incorrect, it was actually $2000 more. The day we arrived we found out we could check in early. At the regular check in time, 2 men entered the house with the code and proceeded upstairs while my son, 14, was there alone. They left after he asked what they were doing. The glass cooktop was broken, actually broken not just cracked. I called about that but no one came to look at it or offer an apology for the possibility we might cut ourselves on the cooktop. Also the bedrooms/bathrooms are misrepresented on the 3rd floor. The 2 queen room has a private bathroom. The 2 king rooms share a hallway bathroom. Other than all of that, we really liked the house. We would stay in this community again.
