My husband and I decided to have our honeymoon in Texas, we weren't sure what to expect but we were hopeful and excited. As soon as we saw the property, it was absolutely beautiful. it was very spacious and had ample amounts of rooms. The house was designed perfectly, I, personally loved the colors and decor. It was definitely a core memory for me, and I cannot wait for our next vacation. I will definitely book this property 100% again. We didn't really have a lot of negative complaints, but unfortunately, we couldn't use the pool because it was extremely cold during our visit (which we were informed and aware of prior to booking that it wasn't a heated jacuzzi, so plan accordingly) and it was closer to the neighbors than expected (They weren't an issue FYI, just follow the rules and you'll be fine). Overall great experience, I would definitely recommend. Thank you for hosting us.

The home was amazing! It was very well stocked for our needs! Would highly recommend this home! We plan to come back when it gets warmer to enjoy the pool and hot tub!!

The place was beautiful. There were a few cockroaches. The upstairs en-suite bath the shower wasn’t hot and pressure was bad in the shower. There was no dishwasher soap. It would have been great to have an iron-since we were going to a wedding. We looked but did not find one. We are not complaining at all we enjoyed ourselves emensily! The home is stunning and we were comfortable! Thank you so much! Naomi

The house is just steps away from the lake, with tasteful and beautiful decor and views. We really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, and loved spending our time here. Absolutely great location that’s close to a bunch of state parks and other fun places like Fredericksburg too.

We booked this house thinking we had use of the spa, hot tub whatever you call it but it was not listed in the amenities, so not available for use. We were really looking forward to relaxing in it. Maybe put in bold for old people like me that it is not for use. Other than that the house was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. There was so much room. The bunk room accommodated my teen daughter and her two friends. Everyone was very comfortable. This house has every utensil you could possibly need in the kitchen. We loved cooking in the kitchen. We loved the outdoor space. It was such a relaxing trip. We already recommended the place to some friends.

We had plenty of space in this beautifully appointed home with so many great features in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Loved the king beds in 3 rooms and so many different seating areas for visiting. We have raved about this place since we got back and would highly recommend.
