The property was absolutely clean and very tidy , Burhan from reception was lovely guy and very helpful, the other staff at the hotel were lovely too. We are totally happy with our stay at grate fortune in total.

The location is great, making it very easy to enjoy the city and travel around
When we checked in, the staff member of duty made passes at me and my friend (2 females in our 20s), asking us to come out with him and his friends before we even had our room key. He did this again the next days, even when we repeatedly said no. It made us feel very uncomfortable being at the hotel and not safe. We didn't feel able to address this at the time because we mostly saw him, and didn't want to make our stay more difficult or uncomfortable.

Super emplacement, proche du tramway, personnel très arrangeant, chambres petites mais assez fonctionnelles, piscine et espace détente agréables en fin de journée, très bien !
Chambre trop petite pour ranger la valise correctement et petit problème d’air conditionné rapidement réglé par le personnel.

Location is just perfect if you want to visit the touristic high lights of the city. Conveniently 5 minute walk from Haga Sophia. Staff is very friendly and offered coffee, tea or water on several occasions. Beds are comfortable and bathroom was ok, bit on the small side.
Breakfast could be improved. Especially coffee/tea/juice facilities.

The staff are very welcoming and hospitable. Burhan in reception gave us lots of information on local guides and tours. Highly recommend will definitely come back when I visit again!

Lit pas du tout confortable. Chambre trop petite . Moisissures dans la salle de bains des 3 chambres qu’on a pris . Cabine de douche trop petite . Ce n’est pas un 4 étoile impossible. Petit déjeuner indigne d’un 4 étoiles . Serviette sale .

The receptionist was very helpful. We had the airport service even it was a bit expensive. We got fresh towels every day. It was (and is) in the center of all the famous sights. You could go on foot to every hot spot. The WiFi worked well.
The bathroom was very dark and the mattress too hard. The breakfast was worse. And the staff at the restaurant was unwilling.

The location of the hotel was exceptional. 2 minute walk to Sultan Ahmet, Hagia Sophia and other popular attractions. A huge thanks to Burhan. He was so helpful and so attentive to all our requests. What an asset he is to the hotel. True gentlemen.
The bathroom wasn’t the best. It could of been a little cleaner.

Fabulous location in Old town.
Staff are friendly
The room smelled of damp. The adjoining room was tiny. The towels were frayed and old.
The breakfast room had no bowls left on one morning. It was cramped and badly managed.
The wine was massively overpriced compared to wine in the 5 star hotel down the street or any of the restaurants nearby. The food we had was overpriced and v poor. There are too many good food outlets to waste your money here.

The Hotel staff were amazing, shout outs to Erdem at reception who always reacted quickly when I called, no matter what time it was. The bell boy Deniz also, very kind and helpful! I’ll be a guest at the hotel again, thank you for making my stay even better then I expected. ❤️

Best quality hotel I was very happy with the staff and services. Especially Mr. Burhan was very helping and guided us very well. Food was excellent.

The hotel staff was beyond exceptional. Many thanks to Denis and Mert who were very helpful and friendly with us for the entire stay, making our holiday a huge success. The overall service and the facilities were simply great. Thank you! Would definitely send a friend there.
