Rate is too high in comparison of location is faar from main market. Service is not good. Parking is also not good. No welcome. No complimentary tea included. No guidence for nearby area received from staff.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Huge and cosy balcony.
There was no kitchen and service. Maybe because it is a new property and still not fully operational.

Really nice hotel, quite calm and away from Crowd, worth staying. Manager is really helpful, so other staffs . Food is really nice in kitchen, foods are limited but of good taste. The scenic beauty from the hotel itself is marvelous. Enjoy the Holiday... When u have good food and good hotel at good location ur holidays become marvelous .. Perfect hotel to stay in Mussoorie...

Overall, I had a great experience with the (HN); staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend or honeymoon.
