The view is quite nice and the WIFI is very fast (over 500 Mbit/s upload and download speed on 5Ghz)

Very bad sound insulation, so you hear everything from outside the room, especially the noise from the major traffic road outside is very loud. In terms of sound insulation, it is like the walls were made out of paper. I had quite a lot of trouble sleeping due to that, and I usually don't have that problem. The furniture, bed, and the room in general are of low quality. One of the closet doors doesn't work, the toilet seat somehow gets stuck at a 45 degree angle, the table isn't suitable for working, and there are other issues. Cleanliness isn't so great either. Some of the issues you can see in my photos. The balcony is nice, but what you don't see in the photos is that there are stairs right by the balcony where people walk every few minutes one meter away from where you are sitting. Not really an issue with the room but you should also know that apart from 2-3 restaurants, everywhere you want to go you will need some sort of transportation, because the road is a major traffic road and there is no pedestrian walk, aside from the fact that the next two beaches are quite far off. Overall, I couldn't sleep well due to the major noise issue and due to that I had to move to another accommodation a few days into my stay. The new accommodation in the same price range didn't have any of these issues. Over the past four years, I have stayed in over ten accommodations in this price range and none of them had issues like that. The owner of this apartment refused to give any kind of compensation, even though he could have tried to rent the unit out to someone else after I moved out. Booking.com after several days of back and forth messaging merely offered a good-will credit of about 50€. Overall, I lost about 350€ and am very disappointed with both the property and with booking.com!
