Very clean room, good breakfast, overall great one night stay. The only issue is that there are rail tracks nearby, and depending which part of the hotel you are in, can hear trains at night.

Checkin I had to wait because there was a prior incident with police at counter. The agent then charged my credit card the wrong amount. Said it was for a deposit but he was incorrect it was someone else’s reservation and he never asked me
For if. Very rude. There were kids running the building knocking on doors at 3 and 4 am excessive noise from renters above
Me. Didn’t get much sleep then the jacuzzi was filthy that morning with brown bubbles. Not a good visit. Didn’t even get in the pool. Waisted my money. I should have stayed home.

There was a group of kids staying who were running the halls, knocking on doors, and being extremely loud. Guests could be alerted when accommodating teams of kids on various floors to ensure other guests can still sleep.

We had a late check-in (at midnight). I had called ahead and the staff said it would be no problem to accommodate my special requests. I’m picky about my room.
When we checked in, the front desk attendant couldn’t have been nicer. I noticed that my late check-in was noted on their shift turnover.
I don’t know if the hotel is new, recently refurbished, or just obsessively clean, but I haven’t been in a room that nice in a long time. And I travel a lot.
Usual breakfast, but it was really good. Fresh & hot. The cook greeted us when we started.

Every time I stay here it's a wonderful experience considering most hotels in the area are either dirty or the conditions aren't the greatest maybe a little bit more pricey but it is what it is I'd rather pay for Quality rather than anything else thank you.

Needed to get key cards reprogrammed three times. Inconvenient. Staff was helpful and friendly

The hotel is nice and updated. The pool and the breakfast were both great. The room would have been so nice if properly cleaned but it was not. There was hair in the shower, a toenail on the bathroom floor, and a hoodie from a previous guest in the closet. I value cleanliness above all else, so suffice to say I would not come back.

Perfect location for me. I was in town for a funeral for the weekend, which was in Cleveland West. I did everything in the area. Will return either July 4th weekend or Labor day weekend 2024 for sure! loved hotel!

Our room was spacious; besides a king-size bed, our room had a super comfortable lounge chair, a desk, small refrigerator, and closet with full-length mirrors. The shower was large and worked great. I loved the fitness center—and the immediate assistance I received when I couldn’t figure out the controls on the treadmill. The breakfast area and the food itself was another plus. We’d definitely stay there again!

The hotel was very nice and clean. Loved the whirlpool. Breakfast was awesome. Only issue we had was the toliet handle broke. So had to flush by taking lid off. A little inconvenient but not something you really could see coming. Would stay agsin

Nicely appointed hotel that’s about 12-13 minutes from Downtown Cleveland. Centrally located with friendly staff. The breakfast is not bad and you have both hot and cold options. Unlimited orange juice, cranberry juice, apple juice and açaí pomegranate water beverage. Pool and hot tub on site.

At first look, it was clean and bright and quiet. At night, the lack of soundproofing and the weight of the doors was painfully noticeable. Every door slammed, jolting anyone who was asleep, awake. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was good.

Kids loved the pool & breakfasts. Cable didn't work so we just used youtube. I didn't ask anyone how to fix cable problem so it probably could have been fixed if I would have asked for help. Overall, a great experience.

Was told when I called that they offered extended stay parking only to find out when we got there that they did not. Had to end up paying to park elsewhere for our vacation

we were 15 minutes from just about everything so it was nice and convenient. The only issue I had is they were suppose to email me my receipt and so far I have not gotten it.
