New and clean

House situated behind the new building we were asked to stay in. Very noisy with dogs geese cockerels and people outside our window. To finish our nightmare the shower blocked and flooded the floor. No use of shower and toilet was difficult to use DREADFUL EXPERIENCE. Would have demanded money back but nobody on-site.

There is no later departure, the coffee machine did’t work! When we received, it was told me that I have to make sofa to my child, not they! The clean stuff was very unkind people, they stayed in fron of the door rooms and wait us to clean 10 in the morning, they did’t know any english word! I will never turn back again.

the reception lady threaten us that we will not be able to check in and get keys, if we didnt show up by 20:00 , ignoring the fact that our flight arriving in Vienna was delayed and that all the schedule was pushed behind ! We even discovered the reason : she had to pick the 8pm train (which is accross the road) simply unacceptable !
