A last minute plans turned into a blast. I highly recommend this place. It's a cute place and have everything you need.

We were traveling through the area on the way to visit family for Christmas and stumbled upon this listing. It was PERFECT! We loved all the details and the festive feel to the house. The host was super available and helped answer questions. The town of Dillsboro and nearby Sylva are really fun stops. I wish we had more time to stay in the area. The pictures don’t do the house justice, it’s a great space for a comfortable night sleep and we also enjoyed the Netflix to watch Christmas movies!

We had a wonderful time on the second floor of this most merry and cozy cottage. The location was ideal to enjoy the Dillsboro Luminary as well as a place for a drop in by my family and friends. The property is very well set up and would be ideal for a small family to be immersed in the holiday spirit. It would also be perfect, throughout the rest year, as a festive base from which to enjoy the many fun things that this area of NC has to offer! Kudos to owner Chris and his team of Santa's helpers!

Apartment was as described. Bigger than anticipated. Clean. Adequate updated kitchen. Very comfortable beds & futon. Large bathroom. Only issue was no hot water from bathroom sink faucet & ceiling fan didn't work in bedroom. (Reported. I'm sure they'll repair quickly.) Tub/shower was fine. Linens plentiful & very comfortable. Only drawback was needing to drive short distance to Silva for shops. (Silva very sweet small town. Beautiful!)
Would definitely stay there again. Friendly staff & owner was very accommodating.

The design work on this property was amazing. Everything Christmas, but not over the top. Location is great for eateries and shops.
