The renting company (south coast realty / Inge) was super helpful and highly responsive. We would recommend them highly. Due to the state of the place (see below) we got refunded the cleaning fee - many thanks!!!

The apartment does not make you feel welcome. Half empty (lots of pictures missing, no personal touches, kitchen understocked - not even glasses), superficially clean (on first look only) but in fact everything between slightly and very dirty: sticky cuttlery, moldy food in the cupboards, dirt everywhere, table covered by dirty plastic cover and many things are not functional - 4 out of 5 lamps had no power plugs, 2 of 6 lamps burned out, tv without channels. You also need to bring your own linnen. Overall loveless apartment with potential if thoroughly cleaned and if someone invested in some decoration and fixing up. As it is: very bad value for the money.
