Dishonest host and terrible accommodation

The flat is advertised as a one bedroom flat but is actually a studio flat. The heating didn't work and I spoke to the host who offered to waive my cancellation fee if I wanted alternative accommodation. She even suggested a place. I left the same day and have not received my money despite countless communication between the host and booking.com. Would definitely not recommend.

There is no proper heating, they had this tiny oil heaters that turn of every 2 min The beding had a fowl smell It was a mission finding the flat but when I finally found it I had to climb 3 set of stairs to go the the fob to come down to then open the barrier to get in. The whole place stunk of smoking
