We rented this cabin for 2 nights as a getaway for our 24th anniversary. The cabin was surprisingly roomy for its size! It was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The area was so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walking the trails and viewing the cave and waterfall that was nearby. Beautiful scenery all around! Property owners did an awesome job with everything and made it an easy and stress free stay. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Clean, family-friendly cabin on a lovely property within reasonable driving distance to Mammoth Cave National Park. Our kids loved the loft area, fishing off the dock, and hiking to the waterfall on site!

This property is located at a sweet spot with all the amenities, perfect for families to spend some quality time together.

Everything we expected and so much more. Probably the cleanest property we have ever stayed and the owners seemed to genuinely care that we were comfortable. Too many extras, that they didn't even have to include, to name but just a few we're toys for kiddos and coffee for the grown-ups. Will definitely return!

We stayed in cabin 4 for three nights and had a wonderful time. Great view of the lake, wonderful sunsets, and the fall colors were perfect this time of year. We kayaked and hiked the trails to the cave (unfortunately the waterfall was dry). The kids loved s’mores by the campfire and playing in the loft. The cabin itself was very clean and had everything we needed. Great proximity to Mammoth Cave for a day trip. We’ll definitely be back.

Everything we needed was at the property. Our son enjoyed the loft area of the cabin tremendously! We enjoyed the fishing and the kajak rentals!

We spent four days at Mammoth Cave Cabin Rentals and wished we could have stayed longer! Everything was perfect- the cabin was immaculate with every detail thought of, a peaceful and serene setting, on-site hiking, and close enough to Mammoth Cave National Park to make for enjoyable days! Our kids loved running down to the pier and skipping rocks while we enjoyed sitting on the porch or around the fire. The cabin was spacious enough for our family of 6 and the laundry was an added bonus (vacation goals- going home with all clean clothes!). The owner even hand delivered a dozen fresh eggs upon request! We highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Our family enjoyed the lake (catch and release fishing) and swimming. We had hiking trails friendly for all ages (I am 68) . There was a wide variety of birds to observe. Quiet setting and attentive staff. The sofa is a futon so you might want to factor that in. My grandchildren loved the loft for sleeping .,

The two bedroom cabin is well designed and was a perfect choice for our party of 3 adults & one toddler. The covered porch that runs the length of the cabin overlooks the water which is a few paces from the back door. Everyone enjoyed fishing from the dock and all had good luck catching & releasing. This was just a two day stay for us & we did not have an opportunity to take advantage of everything this beautiful property has to offer. We all agreed, a follow up trip is in order!❤️

This property was absolutely fantastic. It was the cleanest rental property we’ve ever stayed in. The beds were super comfortable and all the linens and towels were excellent too. We only stayed 2 nights for a quick trip to Mammoth Cave but are planning to come back again. The views were amazing too. Easy check in and check out and great communication. Stay here if you have the chance - you’ll love it!

Great place for what we wanted. Kids had good place to play did fishing and hiking. Place was clean and well kept and everything worked well. We all enjoyed the time together

We had a fantastic stay at the property. Everyone is ready to plan a return trip. We went to stay while visiting mammoth cave but found ourselves, just as, if not more, excited to stay on and explore the property. Miles of trails, stunning scenery, and a special kind of tranquility you cannot find just anywhere! A special place!

This is the second time we stayed in one of the cabins in about 1 1/2 months. I loved it. It's very driveable from Chicagoland. The cabin was new, super clean, stocked with all of the utensils you could need. We didn't take advantage of the fire pit, but used the fantastic grill. It was too cold to swim - but I loved waking up next to the lake. We were able to sit on the fantastic porch overlooking the lake to watch the sun set. This time we took advantage of the 4 hour Mammoth Cave tour as well as some other hikes close to the Park. The kitchen was super easy to work in, clean. The bathroom was super clean and the hot shower felt great after a cooler day. I can't wait to come back!

Sitting on that back deck over the lakes had the most gorgeous sunsets!! Beautiful inside and equipped simply but with all necessary needs. Property owner quick to respond to texts and any requests. I highly recommend. This couple gave up their jobs to pursue this wonderful dream on this beautiful farmed property💓

The cleanliness of the cabin and helpfulness of our host was superior. We would return to enjoy more time sitting under the stars and enjoying peace and quiet. Fishing was a blast for our kids.
