The location of this property was perfect! The home is also beautiful, with three comfy beds and a large kitchen/family room area.

This a brand-new property all decorated from Pottery Barn. Stayed with 3 couples and enjoyed the common area and sharing meals. Very comfortable beds and quiet. It is a .6 mile walk to Grandma’s restaurant. Plan accordingly for the lift bridge.

Rather than get 3 hotel rooms, me and my colleagues stayed at this beautiful home. It was perfect! We walked across the street to the lake each morning before going to our meetings. We had a meal out on the deck overlooking the harbor. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms so nicely decorated. It was like a holiday instead of a work trip. Rose was responsive to all our inquiries and check in and check out we’re simple. Definitely recommend staying here for work or play. Will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful new home in an amazing location! Right next to the beach and a short walk to Canal Park. The house had everything we needed and the host was super helpful. This will be our go-to spot for Duluth!

We stayed several nights at this brand new property on Park Point. Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Convenient to Canal Park & the beach. Great communication from the host. We would definitely stay here again.
