Very good location
One disadvantage and a downside is that the apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator. I had to carry my luggage up the stairs to the apartment, and the staircase was small and narrow.

The apartment is well appointed and has everything you need for your Valencia stay. Very clean, nice layout, very good communication by mssg/email with check-in desk. Our questions were answered in minutes. Location is perfect for visiting all tourist sites in the old city, everything within walking distance(minutes). Lots of restaurants around and right to Mercat Central. Well connected to the beaches by a 30 min bus or metro.
Being in an historic building the access to the apartment is through a very narrow staircase, do not recommend it for people with mobility issues and/or families with small children using baby equipment.

Nice apartment, big bed, stairs to 1st and 2nd floor. Sandra and Lina are very responsive to questions.
Weak WiFi, no sunshine so a little droopy. Sun blocked by neighboring building
