Very quaint, great location, easy walk into town, restaurants close by, helpful staff, we had a great time.

Way to go for a short fishing trip in Ticonderoga. Great place with many advantages for having a bassboat

Kelly's assistance was outstanding....The room was very clean, fresh and comfortable...Extremely comfortable, solid mattress...
5.0
the bed was lumpy and as hard as rock, I had to turn off the refrigerator and freezer because of the excessive noise (needs Repair) banged up walls and the guest above sounded like elephants when walking around , ( no sound deadening in between.

Booked a trip to fish Schroon Lake with my son. The room met our expectations, the price was right and staff was great. Close to everything. Would stay there again.
6.0
The property was reasonably clean although the carpet appeared not to have been vacuumed after the last guest and the sink could have been cleaner.

Our front desk person was excellent. Last minute reservation evening of stay. Got a call back asking about expected arrival time. Offered to leave a key for us, but we arrived before person went home.
Friendly, and gave us a quick run down on town.
Walkable town with small waterfalls. Coffee coices limited, drove up to hi-way for Dunkin.
For a super inexpensive motel, they take care of what they have, perfect for a quick one night stay.

Comfortable, clean, convenient motel. Owners are very helpful and friendly. While the room I was in was dated, it was very clean and very comfortable. They are currently updating the motel and I look forward to staying at the Circle Court again, soon.

I was travelling for business so I had booked this nice hotel for 2 nights. My stay was very enjoyable. unfortunately, I was drawn away on an emergency. The hotel did not have to refund my second night but they did. If I am ever in the area again i will definitely stay there again.

For the price.we expected a modern well equipped room. Everything is worn as in the mixture of garage sale variety chairs and desk, no desk lamp, carpet very worn, AC hard to see the settings, TV no guide and guide doesn’t work on remote and it’s way too small TV screen. Boat kept in front of our room was tacky. The room smelled musty. This place was just plain worn. Front desk person was very cheerful and helpful, but what can you do w a worn ou facility

The check-in was easy and as expected and the person checking us in was very friendly and accommodating asking if we needed anything to just call. Unfortunately, when we opened the room, we had to kill about 20 mosquitos that were on the walls and ceilings. One bed was very comfortable and the other was a brick. Limited food in the area, especially if one wanted an alcoholic beverage (which we did).

Nice little motel. Staff was friendly courteous and helpful. However the bed was uncomfortable and the shower was very small. I would suggest they add handheld nozzles to their small showers so that guests can wash properly. Other than that my stay was good.

The property was newly renovated and the staff there were really nice.

It was fine for one night stay
3.0
Older motel, but our room was clean
4.0
The property was convenient to good eateries, and the woman who runs it is great. But the rooms are small, the keys work on more than one room, the showers are so small you can’t easily touch your toes, the bed mattresses are terrible, and the pillows flat. And, no one is in the office overnight.

Very comfortable room close to town. Exceeded our expectations.

Repeat stay, price was great and convient to town for walking. Easy checkin and check out.
5.0
The properties clean and comfortable and a good value. The staff is very nice.

It was ok but room was small and bathroom very small. This is a motel and all rooms look out on the parking lot. The picture of the place is deceiving in that it looks like the rooms may be in that building. Good tings are that it was quiet and had a good tv. Price was affordable because there are only three hotels/motels in Ticonderoga.

Room was musty

Reasonably priced, rooms are clean, and staff is friendly and helpful.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Stay in the area occasionally and would prefer to return here. Great location and great value.
4.0
Nice staff and clean rooms. It's a "mom and pop" place with older facilities that could use updating. The beds were really hard and the bathroom small, otherwise no problems at all.
3.0
Property/room was clean and the staff were all kind and helpful. Check in and out was easy. Price was appropriate for quality. Parking was great. The room (suite) came with a kitchenette with stove, oven, plates/cups/silverware. There was a lounger and rocking chair in addition to the bed.
The building was dated which was fine. The bed was uncomfortable and only had two small pillows. There were four additional pillows in the room, just no pillow cases. We realized this after 10pm so there was no one at the desk. At the time of our stay, it seemed the thermostat was not actually connected to anything and our room was very warm. We opened a window, but it did not help much. Notably, our room on the first floor has two windows, only one of them actually locked in the close position.
All in all, it was a clean bed to stay in for the night at a reasonable price. I am not sure how the quality compares to others in the area. We would return it back in town.

My husband and I stayed for one night. It was super clean. The personnel worked and communicated excellently.
Shampoo and conditioner are in the office room. Remember to take them with you!

Pros- clean sheets, room clean, friendly check in, large room, TV
Cons- dated bathroom, no hooks, AC didn’t work properly, front window didn’t lock, flies and mosquitoes in room.

Small but nice place. Not one for staying at motels but this place did the job and some great food places very close. 802 Longshots had good food and friendly owners.

We were given info about local eateries and attractions at check-in. Very friendly, beautiful setting. We’ll worth the visit. Clean, quiet and comfortable.

I’d stay again.

We booked 2 nights however was only able to stay one night and explained to the receptionist. I was only charged for the 1 night which was truly appreciated! According to their website, it’s a new owner and has done some updates (see photo gallery) and the room we got was unfortunately one of those that has not been updated yet - stained carpet, musky smell, tight bathroom. I suggest to request an updated room.
Overall, our stay was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would go back!

Friendly staff. Bathroom was updated, new mounted flat screen tv. Rest of the room needed to be EXTREMELY updated, which the staff said it was going to be.

I got such a warm welcome when I arrived at Circle Court - it’s a quaint motel in the center of town. The kind woman at the front desk told me about all the local restaurants and everything I needed - she couldn’t have been nicer. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Room was pleasant and mattresses were comfortable. Only problem is that the tub took a very long time to drain and you showered in 4” of water

It’s what we expected.
Old bygone era motel in old town trying to survive in limited funds. Advice for old town motels trying to stay relevant REMOVE THE CARPETING.
Will be easier to clean and let’s face it old world disgusting germ ridden carpets were accepted back in the 60d but not anymore.
They did do they could with what they had.
