Because I had pay 2 times fr 1 room for evening. I pay threw travelling ancey and I repay on day I arrive .very disappointed

When I book hotel or bnb I pay in full threw ancey in at advance . The day I arrive I had pay again . Meanwhile I pay twice for 1 night for one room very disappointed

Schöne Hotel mit Pool. Gutes Frühstück und ordentliche Zimmer. Wir mochten den alten Charme aber lieber.

Wonderful little boutique hotel with friendly staff. Lovely spacious rooms with comfortable big bed. Spotlessly clean throughout. Excellent cooked breakfast. Great value for money.

Bar closed too early.

Preis war gut ! Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Restaurant hat nur eine kleine Karte aber völlig ausreichend.

The airport transfer from the airport was 7x times higher than taking a local taxi via the LEFA app. Would advise travellers not to do it.

Restaurant ist sehr gut, eher kleine Speisekarte. Manchmal sind die Wartezeiten eher lang bis das Essen kommt.

Am Pool hats keine Liegen, find ich sehr schade.

The room was spacious and the bed was really comfy which was a bonus as I battle to sleep

1) The over-priced food available at the facility - ordered a toasted sandwich on Saturday evening as were too tired after being in Swakopmund for the day and paying R/$120 for a sandwich which must have cost around R/$10 maximum to make, was quite frankly not pleasant... if I was paying R120 in SA for a toasted sandwich, I would expect it NOT to be on normal brown or white bread and that more sides - a decent portion of chips as well as salad.. 2) Our bathroom in unit 27 was unbearably hot as it has a balcony over and it would appear that there is no insulation in the ceiling. 3)And then finally, the staff didn't replenish the tea and coffee rations in the room on a daily basis and we had to specifically request additional tea bags.

We didn't have time for breakfast as we were rushing but the host made sure we had the opportunity to sample breakfast which we were very grateful for.

Everything was perfect, beautiful, peaceful. Really nice staff and good service. A place where you feel very well and relax. The rooms were very charming as the all hotel.

Amei o pequeno-almoço e o serviço. A senhora Maria está sempre atenta que tudo corra pelo melhor e que os hóspedes estejam satisfeitos e até garantiu que o meu marido tivesse o seu copo de vinho branco, embora o bar já estivesse fechado. Gostámos imenso do nosso quarto que tinha uma área com um sofá, bem confortável e ideal porque cada um pode fazer o que entende, um dorme, o outro vê televisão. A piscina era bem convidativa, mas infelizmente não tive tempo de nela entrar.

Não houve nada que não tenha gostado. Foi uma óptima estadia!

The place was clean and lovely. Room was spacious enough and had all I needed. I would definitely go back.

The property is new and all the furniture and appliances are new. The locations is very central and the spa and pool are very good.

My room was full of mosquitos and after I asked it to be dealt with only after 4 days they did it. The doors have smoked glass that makes it very bright in the morning and doesn’t hep with sleeping. The wifi didn’t work in the room for the all 5 days. Breakfast doesn’t serve water, you need to pay for a bottle.

Clean and well taken care of.

It was a pleasant stay and good value for money with the discounted rate.

Loved everything about it especially the staff the lady at reception Menesia(not sure of spelling) was very delightful, helpful and always cheerful. All the staff members were nice from the bartender to the waiters. Food was good, very clean property.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, it is modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and filling. The restaurant staff have great customer service and are ready to serve. I enjoyed my room - it was comfortable, spacious and had a beautiful balcony. There is a spa and restaurant on site which is convenient. It is close to town and central.

It is clear the hotel recently underwent renovations - there was a lot of dust on the stairs leading to my room. The cupboard beneath my sink was incomplete and left open as if the construction work was yet to be completed.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Good food ,would recommend their Greek salad 😋 Very neat rooms.Keep it up.

Need to improve on wifi issues and get the TV 📺 working.
