Awesome guest house in Alamo Heights. Walked to all sorts of great spots for meals and coffee, etc. Very comfortable bed, spotless place and all the niceties one would hope for. This will be my go to spot for any future trips to the Alamo City.

We have stayed at Tricia’s B&B a numer of times and its always been delightful. We love the room and the awesome huge shower. The property is convenient to great shopping at The Quarry and to several upscale restaurants. We can’t recommend it highly enough.

This property is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to great local restaurants, shopping, and nature trails and a short distance to the Pearl area, downtown, and the airport. The owner is very communicative and responds quickly. If you are looking for a great, comfortable place to stay for a few days while you enjoy all San Antonio offers, visit friends, or if business brings you to town, I highly recommend this property. It’s a perfect size for 1 to 2 people, with a comfortable bed and easy-to-use amenities. This won’t be our last visit!
