Location if it wasn’t ran by a slumlord who is extremely unprofessional and not willing to fix issues for his customer.

We stayed for 5 days, FIVE DAYS in 80 degree weather with NO air conditioning at all. We communicated the first day the AC was not working, and every day after that, only to keep being told they would contact maintenance. We had to purchase a fan and sleep with the windows open, of said windows half didn’t have screens. The owner told us to turn the fan on the AC unit and to turn the cooling up above 19c and this would fix the issue. We tried for 5 days which clearly didn’t work. I would NEVER recommend this place, it’s clearly ran by a slumlord who doesn’t value his customers at all. Very unprofessional. No refund or any sort of apology was offered.

Location. Close to places to do things: the waterfront, shopping, easy area to walk. Accessibility. The bathroom was comfortable. The bed was nice. Not enough blankets for everyone.

The communication with the host was very poor. We informed in advance that we were 3 people. Two of us used the bed and the third person used the sofa-bed. Upon arrival to the property there were only two chairs. When we asked for a third chair or an alternative sitting element, we were told that none was available and that the place was not prepared for 3 people. We did not have any other requests and the one that we had was overlooked, ignored completely, despite of the fact that they knew in advance that there would be more than 2 people staying at the property.
