Ein einfaches und zweckmäßiges Appartement mit naher Busverbindung. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Ferner verfügt das Appartement über einen Balkon mit Aussicht in den Garten.
Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Great, quiet location easy walk from public transport and a good supermarket. Light, airy penthouse apartment with good comfort levels.
A cooking knife is an essential complement to the very well specified kitchen. Please provide a few dishwasher tablets, as noone is going to invest in a whole pack for a vacation stay.

Die Lage ist gut, direkt vor dem Haus gibt es ausreichend öffentliche Parkplätze. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Unter der Woche sind diese ab 9 Uhr gebührenpflichtig. Sehr angenehm fanden wir die Rollos, gerade für alle, die bei Licht schlecht schlafen, ein echtes Plus. Auch die Terrasse bzw. der Balkon hat uns gut gefallen. Die Zimmer sind zwar eher klein, es fehlt aber an nichts. Von außen macht das Haus einen gepflegten und sauberen Eindruck.
Leider waren die Zimmer nicht gründlich gereinigt. Überall, besonders im Badezimmer, waren noch deutliche Spuren der Vorgänger zu sehen. Das hat unseren Gesamteindruck von der Unterkunft leider spürbar getrübt. Wir haben in Wien schon in mehreren Apartments und Hotels übernachtet und wissen daher, dass man in dieser Preiskategorie durchaus auch saubere Zimmer in einem Hotel bekommt.

Very spacious and light, good kitchen, pleasant balconies. We enjoyed the apartment itself, very convenient.
Also there was an incident one night when the neighbours were too loud late at night and we appreciate the way it was resolved by the administrator.
Sadly, we had all nights sleepless because of:
1. It was 25 degrees every night and the heating system was not adjustable. There were no instructions how to switch it completely off
2. Since it was too hot at night, we asked for thinner covers. Unfortunately there were only winter ones
3. There was a big amount of dust on the top of bathroom that was all around in the air once we opened 2 balcony doors.. I'm allergic, so couldn't breath normally
4. Neighbours' party (not the fault of the administration)
