House was wonderful. Loved that it was just a few steps to the sand. Our early check in was a great surprise :)

This house was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, spacious, right on beach, plenty of bathrooms. Management team was fantastic. We took three generations of family. This house suited everyone. Would definitely stay again!

This property is beautiful, well equipped and just as advertised. The Property Managers are incredibly responsive. Not cheap, and worth every penny.

Gorgeous home, beautifully decorated, great location and the cleanliness was top-notch. House was a perfect fit for our large family. The kids enjoyed the pool and the gaming system. Nice to have items left behind by other renters, such as additional beach chairs and sand toys. Would highly recommend staying here

Wonderful home, fully upgraded. Many of these are wonky half done upgraded homes. This one end to end awesome. Beach toys and 2 beach setups included. Enough chairs in the toy bin for another 8 to circle the umbrellas . The management team communicates proactively throughout the stay. If there were an above 10 rating, this team gets one.

It was new and very nicely decorated. Right on the beach. Good neighborhood.

Despite multiple emails from Diamond, the details on the home and what to expect were not clear. When we arrived at 5pm and opened the back door to the porch, a piercing alarm went off. Diamonds office closes at 5pm which is inconvenient for their required check in time. Once I got in touch via text, they explained that its a safety alarm and a button needs to be pushed before opening the door. Although I understand the reasoning with the small pool on the porch, the alarm went off about 50 times a day bc you had 7 seconds to enter/ exit. This info was no where in the welcome materials. The home does NOT come stocked with anything. Truly a starter pack of bar soap/ shampoo/ conditioner/ 1 toilet paper (the rough kind that would be at a gas station!). We purchased hand soap, dishwashing soap, trash bags, cleaning solution for the kitchen, decent toilet paper, beach towels etc. I couldn't even wash my hands at the kitchen when I walked in after traveling and we had already made the grocery/ walmart stop! The AC turned off one night. This home does not have a cable subscription. The TV apps that come with the property had all been logged out and each app had a different log in. The game console did not work so the AV guy came twice to get it connected. I rented the golf cart but they never sent the code to find the key or directions on how to get the key and start the cart. The neighbors pool equipment is loud and 6' away from the porch pool. It is not a relaxing experience as you can hear their equipment from the 2nd floor balcony as well. The house has a huge 15' couch but the table height coffee table is 2'x2' so there is no where to place a drink which was awkward with drinks all over the floor. The rental company brought me the following items that were not stocked: hangers for the closets and tupperwear for the kitchen and I appreciated that as we were cooking for Thanksgiving. The beds are memory foam and comfortable and the views are great. This home is set up to be 100% rental and no one involved in renting the home has ever stayed in the home so its not comfortable and warm feeling- it feels like cold. Diamond employees are like robots and do not care at all about creating an experience or helping. They seem to be large enough to just not care. I would never rent a property they manage again.

House was super clean and so much space for our group. We loved being right on the water. House has all the essentials we needed. Would definitely stay again.

This location and amenities was amazing! The response from Diamond on a few small things when we arrived was timely. The home was clean and beautiful! The only suggestion would be to have more "essentials" on hand to last the week. Highly recommend this for a very relaxing stay!

We had a wonderful time. We had 18 people staying in the house. Diamond allowed us to check-in earlier. The house was beautiful and clean. We loved everything about the house - upgraded appliances, light fixtures, top of the line cookware, silverware, pool, and especially our ocean view. We also liked having access to our balcony from our bedrooms. Diamond was very prompt with responses to our questions or needs. Thank you, Diamond, for being such a great host. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

It was a beautiful house right on the water. The kids had a blast on the beach and in the pool! We will stay here again for sure.

This location is excellent - beach views from the rooms were fantastic. 10 of us stayed comfortably. Kitchen and grill very good and walking distance to a couple of restaurants.

This was by far the best rental I have ever booked! The home is immaculate, fully stocked with everything you need, and was spacious enough for all 20 of my guest! Most of all the view is breathtaking! It is heavenly to say the least! They were there to answer any and all questions I had. Stellar customer service! 10/10 recommendation!

Our family had an amazing time staying at Dune Sandy. The accommodations exceeded our expectations and will definitely be back!

It has been a few years since I've stayed in Destin and this house has me wanting to come back every year! It smelled so clean when we walked in the door - it has been fully remodeled, so EVERYTHING is new. All the en-suites made it feel like a beach front resort for the adult couples and the built-in bunks were so cute for the kids! This home is in a perfect location - 2 min walk to wine tasting, our morning coffee (Bad A** Coffee, ha!), pizza and ice cream. We enjoyed sitting in the Gulf front pool watching the sun go down. Diamond gulf Rentals was quick to respond to any question we had and made us feel appreciated. It's now not a question if we'll stay at Dune Sandy again, it's WHEN we will stay at Dune Sandy again!

We loved the Dune Sandy home. The house was super clean, and exactly what we expected. The location was this house was nice. The views of the ocean were amazing. We rented the house for a group of 13 (8A,5K) and the size and space was perfect for our family. We loved the 2 table dining area which gave use space to eat and entertain. The gaming systems & Netflix was a hit for all the kids. The heated pool was a nice touch. We would defienity rent this home again in the future. ***** 5 Stars *****

We even got 1 hour of complimentary paddle boarding during our stay. The views were incredible - I would not change anything about this home. Highly recommend! Five star stay!
