Room, services, a single Geyser outside the rooms need to use tub for hot water, there was water problem for 2 days pump was not working, unable to take bath for longer hour, there was a load shedding and the inverter was turn on after 30 mins, and at the end they took extra while paying the remaining bill, stating that if you use Credit card you have to pay the Credit card charges, which was not conveyed earlier, sink near the bathroom was leaking, for free breakfast they didn't provided sufficient food for all of us

Isolated location, poor quality rooms and service, complete nightmare. Did not stay although we paid 50% advance. Did not expect such choices from booking.com too. Extremely poor experience
