Spa and sauna in complex weren't working

Great location, exactly as described in the bio and photos, hosts were very accommodating and very prompt with their customer service, instructions on locating and entering the property were very easy to follow.

No dislikes!

It’s close to every thing

Car park and no much car park at the st or visiting car park all blocked and one set of keys and plus construction work every day noise

The property was nice and clean. Lovely feel.

The beds are quite firm. Getting the key was a problem with building works happening across the road and the car park is extremely tight.

Carpark driving experience is bad. There are tight corners to manuever with column in middle of driveways leading to a ramp.

The location, nice parklands and gardens. Apartment was lovely with lots of natural light. A Metro grocery store close by.

The check-in process was very stressful and frustrating, not a good start to our stay. We arrived by car and needed to use the designated space in the parking garage. The information provided in our check-in guide could have been much better. Eg, there is a lot of construction going on so there was a road closed off. There are three different parking garages on that same street with different names. When I needed to call them for support I realised there is no phone number, they only communicate through the app. The remote to the tv wasn't working very well. No information in regards to recycling. Shower could have been cleaned better. I have communicated those issues to Aircabin and they have responded positively and appreciated the feedback.

Location Cleanliness

Car space was not available on arrival due to someone else parking in it - visitor parking unavailable due to construction .We had to search and find off street parking. We had a function to attend after our arrival ; So it made it very difficult for us after a 6 hr drive. . Staff(Ellie) were very helpful in trying to resolve issue but we were at function when notified of car space availability. Smoke alarm beeped- ? Flat battery Shower in bathroom not draining - standing in pool of water whilst showering.
