Plenty of space for our family to spread out, and probably the most outlets I've seen in any residence in Germany. Location is great for military folks in the Ramstein area, close to base and plenty of food and services within easy walking distance. The host was very communicative and responsive.

There were very few pillows, and the shower had a slow drain (which the host said he would address). Not an issue for us, as we had already lived in Germany prior to our stay, but there was no explanation for how to do the trash/recycling if there are people unaware of all the cans and bags used.
