De locatie en de platenspeler met langspeel platen!

De check in, de geur en het ontbreken van bestek en servies in het keukentje. Toegang tot zwembad moeizaam. Wifi niet stabiel. Het hotel / appartementen complex werkt met deur codes, prima. Maar onze deur code was gelijk aan die van andere studios!! (de huismeester was daarbij overigens)

The fact that the room had a washer and dryer

The room did not match the photos on booking. The towels we were provided were dirty and stained. The kitchen was not equipped with anything, there was a microwave but no plates, cutlery or glasses. The sofa had dirt stains. In addition, the wifi worked terribly and access to the facility was contingent on using an app that never worked. We waited to get in and following reminders from us and the staff on site, they sent us an email to remedy the portal malfunction with keys for access, check in and check out. We had the same problems when checking out.

Staff were lovely, clean apartment and close to all things Hollywood.

I like practical when I travel, and unfortunately to advertise a kitchenette was a little misleading. A large fridge and microwave with lots of cubboard space confused me. There was no cutlery or plates or bowls. There was a steamer but no hangers to hang clothes so you could steam them. Nitty gritty things here but it makes all the difference when travelling. The room was also on the ground floor and the loft joined the wall to the apartment and was noisy when people were coming and going.

Nonostante dicono non sia un quartiere consigliato mi sono sentita molto al sicuro anche la sera, soprattutto grazie ai codici di accesso diversi.

Il letto era davvero vecchio e di pessima qualità, talmente che era consumato che c’erano dei fossi e se non ci dormivi dentro si tendeva a cadere. Inoltre avevamo prenotato una stanza per tre e il divano letto era chiuso al nostro arrivo.

Location is very close to Hollywood. Its right in hollywood actually. Place was clean and easily accessible.

Internet speed was too slow to stream. The body wash missing which they replaced but leaked overnight again. Bed frame was not solid enough and would creak. Upstairs neighbour was very loud during night.

There is no hanger and wardrobe so there is not much place to put clothes I stayed on the groud floor so you could here the noise from above and the neighbor, especially when they were walking or listening to music I asked for the room to be cleaned and they cleand it, but not fully (carpet as dirty as it was/sink too) Not a very practical kitchen: you can wash dishes but didn’t have much space where to put them to dry, also there were no cutleries or bowls provided Washing machine didn’t work, they offered a solution and it turned out there was a problem with the electricity pannel but I couldn’t really have a full wash because the safety of the electricity panel was falling
