This is a gorgeous house with a beautiful location on the North side. Beach is perfect for bonfires and stargazing; enjoyed breakfast on patio with a million dollar view of the lake. All the bedrooms were well maintained and stocked; spacious kitchen etc. The nonstick pans could be replaced as they were a bit worn but plenty of stainless pans in perfect shape. Would definitely come back and recommend!

We are Beaver Island people and have a long history on the island! Every summer we head to the island for family time with our huge extended family. As our individual families have grown- we need larger spaces. Well, we found ours!!! Absolutely loved every minute at our beautiful rental! It’s designed perfectly for large groups and it’s perfect for gatherings! Rental was immaculate and well stocked- they seriously thought of everything. The views from every window- breathtaking! Large deck overlooking Lake Michigan and it’s magical sunsets was well used. We LOVED it and are so GRATEFUL for our time in this special Beaver Island retreat. THANK YOU!

The house is spacious and in a quiet, convenient location. Perfect for large groups! We ended up leaving instructions for future guests regarding trash removal/sorting. There were also no directions for departure (cleaning requirements). The check-in process was also a little confusing as numerous homes are managed by the same property manger. Early check-in was appreciated though. Overall a great rental just a few hiccups regarding logistics while on the island.
