We were definitely satisfied with the cabin. Very nice and clean no hidden surprises. We seen some of the tourist attractions and in the evening came back and relaxed at the cabin. Beautiful view, very scenic. We had a very great time. As for a negative comment, time went to fast during our stay. Great place to stay.

We had an amazing stay! The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for a week stay. It was close enough to attractions but far enough away to feel like a get away!

The cabin was just as pictured on VRBO. Beautiful view of the mountains from large windows in the living room and kitchen. A fireplace in each of the bedrooms was perfect for the cool nights and mornings. Our family of 5 adults and 2 littles had plenty of room. A convenient location to all the area attractions. Samira is a very responsive host and even let us check in an hour early!

Cabin was beautiful, just as pictured and described. Location was great, took about 10 minutes to get to main strip in pigeon forge. Teenagers absolutely loved the cabin, game room and hot tub. Owner communicated great as I had some concern about snowfall the morning we were leaving and wasn't sure if I'd be out in time. But they were quick to respond and thankfully no issues with snow. Two items that we had a hard time with were the heating between 3floors, top was always hot, bottom floor was cold, but it was in the 30s-40s all week. And then the 3rd floor bedroom had tons of ladybugs for some reason, not sure if that's a winter time thing, and wasn't terrible, they didn't really bother us, just odd. Would absolutely stay here again!

I booked this cabin for me, my husband and my three sons for Christmas. The cabin was awesome! It was clean, spacious, and decorated for our Christmas holiday! We did happen to be there during the winter storm, so it was a bit cold but Samira was in constant contact with me, making sure my family and I were ok. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking again!

While the cabin was nice and had beautiful views, our stay was full of issues. We came during one of the coldest spells of the year, and the house didn’t have a functioning heating system that was not fixed till the second day of our stay. The temperature was lower than 60 degrees the entire night. Then there was a horrible sewage smell for several days that was unbearable. It was not fixed till the day we left. I realize all these things were out of the owners control, but there was a significant delay in response by the owner. The customer service was not great. The power went out the night before we left, and upon notifying the owner that we might have to leave that night unless power came back, her only response was that we needed to make sure the checkout list was completed. Upon asking for reimbursement for the first night of the stay given the lack of functioning heating system, the owner only gave back approximately half the price of one night’s stay. Overall, would say that the location and cabin amenities are good, view is excellent, but they could improve on general upkeep of the cabin and customer service.

Loved that it was decorated for Christmas! Close proximity to all the things you could want to do! Fun game room and the hot tub was very relaxing. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but the rest of the cabin was.

Cabin was great, we have two small children so we took the upstairs room, was nice how the basement rooms have enough buffer from upstairs so our kids did not wake up friends that stayed with us. Cabin layout was very nice, plenty of parking, pretty views, close to town less than 10 mins. Will definitely stay here again!

This property is very well maintained and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. The layout of the bedrooms is ideal for families. The full bath on the main floor is also ideal. The only complaint would be the water pressure for the showers - it is very low pressure and it takes a while to get a good shower. Overall, this is a great property and fun place to stay.

We will be staying here in the future. The cabin was well appointed, exceptionally clean, very relaxing and very quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with necessary cooking utensils and it was nice to see a cupboard with spices, sugar, flour, etc for our use. You cannot go wrong staying in this cabin. Owners are very gracious hosts and very easy to work with. Communication was excellent with check-in and check-out procedures emailed in a timely fashion. Thanks again.

We had a great time! Everything was wonderful! The location was great the amenities were perfect. Plenty of space and loads of entertainment. My boyfriend and daughter really enjoyed their birthday!! We will definitely rebook and recommend to friends.

This is my family’s second time staying at Bird’s Eye View for our summer vacation. Last year and this year were AMAZING! -communication with Samira is easy and fast -cleanliness and comfort of the cabin is A++++ -location to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg is great -the pool and little kiddie pool is a HUGE hit -the beds are very comfortable -the Roku is loaded with all the channels you could want or need -the air hokey table and games are so fun -loved using the grill a couple nights -cabin is stocked with everything you could need including pool towels and some toys. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!

It was like being at home but with a better view. Super clean which was a priority for us. Well stocked kitchen. Kids loved the games. Short drive to all our activities and hikes. We hope to come back!!

This property was great for our two-family vacation. One family took the upstairs and the other took downstairs, but we had the common area and the game room to be together when we wanted. Great location for Dollywood, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We would stay here again!

Nice sized cabin for my family of 5. Beds were comfortable, 3 full bathrooms were clean and stocked with towels, laundry was easy to use, kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of seating in the kitchen area. We called Wahoo Zipline ahead of time for the 50% Grandview Cabin zipline discount- which is at the entrance of the cabin community. We stopped at Kroger right before check-in since it was not very far.

We were there during the fires and the high winds. This caused a little stress. The property however is very nice. We were able to travel to Dollywood, Cades Cove, and Anekeesta with no problem. Renting the property was very easy.

Cabin was spacious and clean! Perfect for our family.
