Our stay was absolutely seamless as these owners had everything prepared from the day we arrived. Everything was super clean and available to us and we had a wonderful relaxing time during our stay. I really loved the outdoor area with the hot tub but the only thing I can mention is I wish there was a safer grip when getting out because we did slip a few times getting in and out because of the ice. But honestly, I cannot rave about this place enough. The welcome book was really cute, and we actually took the advice of one of the restaurants which was really good. I'd definitely stay here again if not for the beautiful views and snowfall but the amazing hospitality these owners provided.

I can't say enough about this house. We stayed at the end of October and were lucky enough to be there during a beautiful overnight snow storm. Sitting in the hot tub and watching the snow come down over the vast golf course was unbelievable. The owners thought of everything - from an electric vehicle plug that is free to use, to large TVS in nearly every room, to USB plugs for your phones at the bed side. Place has great beds too. Linens were top notch and plenty of blankets were provided for a cold winter night! Loved everything about the house.

This home is beautiful. Slept 8 adults no problem. Will definitely book again in the winter for skiing.

Had a great time with family at this house. It's beautiful - and is new as everything is in great shape. Kids and adults both loved the hot tub. nice setting where the hot tub is - great view.

Beautiful! We had 2 families in our group and this house was perfect for that. Nice area upstairs for the kids (w TV and games) and then the open kitchen/living area for adults worked out great. The 2 master bedrooms is very nicely thought out. The host also had free EV hookup and a smores maker w all the supplies.. thought that was really nice. Sweet private hot tub. All in all great stay… convenient location too.

Seems brand new. Very clean and well appointed. Large hot tub! Great views and close to both Grand Lake and Winter Park. Loves it.
