Cleanliness, bed cover wasn't changed, I could smell the other person's smell. The rug was filthy, floor dirty. Whole room had a very unpleasant smell. Heating was Available until 9ish in the evening and afterwards owner turned it off so l stayed in a 7 degrees temperature. Could not sleep due to extremely cold temperature in the room. Bathroom unclean, I used a hover to tidy up a bit however even this one was full of hair and dust. Cleanliness of this room is 1 out of 10. The building itself looked safe, reasonably good location. The lady Yordanoss which l communicated with seemed quite rude, unprofessional. Especially when l begged to turn on the heating. Awfull experience. Recommending only for those people who are planning to have a shower there but not to sleep! Under someone else's who has been before bed set. Will never stay there again, even it was for free. Luckily I didn't catch any bugs..

Exactly as described. Room was clean, plenty of hot water. Nice to have enough coathangars in the wardrobe. Kettle and coffee and tea available. Convenient location. Short walk to the bus stop. I met the owner, who was very friendly.

Good value for money - great for short stays close to Brunel and Hillington.

Property without elevators, difficult to catch 3rd floor

Host only had one key to the apartment, Wanted me to leave the key under the mat outside the front door! Was not secure, I was worried my things would be stolen. TERRIBLE SECURITY! NOT SAFE AT ALL!

The listing was FALSE. It was listed as 'ENTIRE APARTMENT' and 'ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT' and 'PRIVATE BATHROOM' on arrival host took me to room in her apartment with a shared bathroom. NOT WHAT I BOOKED.
