Our stay was wonderful! Benjamin met us at the property and gave us a thorough overview of the apartment and the neighborhood. The space came equipped with a guide to local restaurants and markets, as well as excellent wifi, a comfy mattress, and great water pressure. We even cooked in one night with ingredients from a local market, and found the kitchen had everything we needed. The building was comfortable, quiet, and right off the main street in the 3e so we were walking distance to everything. Loved our (short) stay, and will definitely stay again!

Warm second floor (with lift) apartment in the lively Paris neighbourhood. Quiet location 100m down side street, easy walk to variety of eateries, shopping and supermarkets near Pompadou Centre, and easy walk to the Seine, Île de la Cité and various metro stations. Comfortable queen bed in separate bedroom with sofa bed in lounge, black out shutters, small kitchen (small fridge, cooktop, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine, limited pots and pans), shower but no bath, good hot water and good water pressure. Flatscreen TV with mainly French channels - several English news channels. Benjamin was very responsive, met us at apartment and check-in was easy. Recommended for one couple and maximum of two children (sharing sofa bed).

Our 3 night stay in the apartment was amazing - a really comfy place to return to after our 3 days sightseeing, shopping, and lots of walking! We enjoyed meals at a local restaurant Le Hangar and would highly recommend a meal there.
Everything we needed for a long weekend was on our doorstep, and we enjoyed returning there after seeing lots of sights we had not previously visited - the view from the Montparnasse tower, and the Arc de Triumphe, and the Rodin museum was spectacular.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very functional and had everything we needed for our stay. Nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and a grocery store down the block.

This apartment in the Marais is superbly located, quiet at night and clean. The hosts have thought of all the essentials in terms of equipping it for guests. One of the best VRBOs we have stayed in.

Apartment is clean and bright and the area is delightful. Communications were very slightly bumpy at first but everything went well. Would recommend a stay here.

Great location to come home to after enjoying the Marais or all of Paris. Balcony was a nice peaceful place to have wine and relax. Metro stops nearby and lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. If you want to get groceries there are several options within two blocks. Very safe and secure location. Great shower and water pressure. Small galley kitchen with the essentials, including a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, countertop oven and most importantly a nespresso coffee machine. Would definitely stay here again.
