We had a crew staying here at this house for a couple weeks while they were working on a big event in town. Perfect reviews from all of them with no complaints. A ton of beds, entertainment and everything was working great. I would definitely recommend renting this home! We will be back again next year!

The house was very well kept with very thoughtful amenities . Enjoyed our stay here . Close to shopping and Zion . No problem finding the place and communication.

Amazing location, well equipped home, with tons of comfortable hangouts and sleeping options. Kids loved the Pacman machine and bunk area. No problem staying cool with the AC, even during a 100 degree heat wave. The only negatives we experienced were cleanliness related. One of the bathrooms downstairs could have been cleaned better - it had a bad smell, might have been ventilation related though. Because there were two other bathrooms, we just didn’t use that one. The fridge could have also been cleaned a bit better. In spite of that, we still really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time!!! The amenities are great and the beds are really comfortable, we love the outdoor volleyball net and the house is great!!!!

Derrick has a great house and is very accommodating. Room for everyone and the home was well furnished with all the necessary accessories. The back yard was great and shaded in the afternoons. Large patio to hang out at with volleyball net set up. The garage has ping pong, pop a shot and more. Arcade game upstairs in the bunk room. Everyone had something to do and was very comfortable. Having three bathrooms and so many sleeping arrangements was a HUGE PLUS. I would strongly recommend staying here based on amenities and central location to Zions and all of Southern Utahs attractions.
