This property is spacious with plenty of open area for dining, socializing and watching TV. Several bedrooms made sleeping arrangements easy. Be aware that the mattresses are very firm and bed pillows are very soft. Expect a minimalistic approach to accommodations: no extra blankets for beds or couches, no ice in freezer nor condiments in fridge. There is an opportunity for a good dusting throughout the entire house, but the house was definitely tidy. Detergent, blow dryer & iron is available! USB ports built into night stands made charging easy. Quiet neighborhood. Great location with easy drive to LA, Hollywood, etc. Overall wonderful property!

Our team stayed here for the weekend, it was our first full company retreat and this property was PERFECT! The team had ample space to feel comfortable and tended to. There are so many areas one can hang out in, and it is SO clean. We LOVED this property

I was truly satisfied we my stay, the house was very spacious, each room was nicely decorated, kitchen was well supplied with what we needed to prepare meals, cooking out back on the grill was pleasant, has very nice sitting area. The beds are full and not queen. I feel like it needs more than one full bodied mirror in the house and more than one television, one for the adults and one for the children to play their games. Other than that I was pleased and would stay a this location again. Thank you!!

This property was the perfect place for myself, my brothers, and some friends to call home for a few days. The living room and kitchen area are open and very spacious. There are plenty of private bedrooms, another room with 2 large bunk beds, and three bathrooms available, which was perfect for a larger group like ours.
Tammy was a very gracious host, and promptly responded to all communications on checking in and out through the vrbo app. I highly recommend this home for any groups traveling in the LA / Pasadena area looking for a comfortable stay.

Our stay was good. House was nice and clean. Only complaint I had is parking because I ended up with a ticket for parking on the street. Besides that everything else was wonderful.

Property was fantastic! Clean, modernized, spacious, essentially all the amenities you would need! Welcome package was a nice touch!
Tammy was a little late getting us entry details but other than that she was super responsive when we needed anything!
Next time I’m in the LA area I would be looking to stay here again!

Myself and extended family had a great time staying at this great house. It was able to accommodate our large group with room to spare. The house was in a nice neighborhood, with decent size rooms, and comfortable beds, which easily fit the family. As a family, it was a space where we could come together and relax and enjoy ourselves. The host was great at communicating and answering any questions I had prior to travel. I would highly recommend it, especially if you are in a larger group.

This was a great stay for my family coming in from all corners for a funeral. We had 3 kids age 8-11 and I’m grateful they wanted to read and play board games since it was raining so much. My adult siblings and their spouses all had room to themselves, my family of 4 used the bunk room and it was perfect. Great social time in the main space - plenty of room to have smaller grouping conversations in living room, at the dining room table, at the breakfast bar and at the smaller table without everyone talking all over each other. We bought charcoal and made a feast with the barbecue, plenty of dishes and utensils to take care of everything. Host was very easy to reach with a a few questions, including a phone call offering to come over for a hiccup with the steam shower. Parking was a bit odd but we only had 2-3 cars in the assigned parking and my SUV which we mostly parked on the street besides the no parking morning. This was a great choice for a very nice place to stay together and have some sibling time. We would happily choose to stay here again!

We came as a group for a work training- was perfect space providing enough privacy for each of us yet had a lovely common area large enough to meet together. Wi-fi was reliable and fast which was us a must for our group as we were there for work. Close to delightful restaurants and a great park.

Everything is good except the bedding. Theres no comforter, it’s just a think cover with a rag which was tough like a rug. It’s very worn and it felt dirty. There’s no queen beds, they’re all double beds when advertised as queens. The spring on bed in the 1st bedroom was making noise even just making a turn. I asked other guests and they said the same about the bedding. We didn’t cook so no comments for kitchen. Everything else is ok.

The house appears small from the outside but it’s very roomy! Large open common areas. Master bath is great with a steam shower. Kitchen is well equipped with quality pots, pans and a air fryer.
Beds are listed as queen but are actually doubles. Was surprised by the $30/night extra for guests over 9 persons(house listed to sleep 14) didn’t see it clearly listed in rental information

Overall Truc’s house was a very nice place to stay for our family during the Thanksgiving holiday. The house is very spacious with nice bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms for 8 of us, and a generous kitchen and common area. The house was very clean.
The host was very responsive with a request to change a burnt out lightbulb in one of the bathrooms.
One thing that did not match up is that the listing says each bedroom has a queen sized bed but in reality they are all full sized.
We also had some pre check in issues where the host sent us some house rules at the last minute that she wanted us to agree to. We had some back and forth over this and eventually came to an agreement.
Overall we were happy with Truc’s home and we enjoyed our 4 day stay.

Truc's home in Rosemead was a good base for a group of people attending a music festival in Pasadena. The house has many bedrooms and bathrooms, which we appreciated. My main issue with the house is that the bedroom and en suite bathroom had a very significant ant problem.

We we're in town for a family wedding and had relatives from all over the country come stay in this wonderful home. It was spacious and clean and had so many bedrooms that we all fit comfortably. There was great indoor dining space and outside Gathering space. We will definitely be back

Truc was a great host. She responded very fast to any messages I sent, and made sure we had a seamless check-in/check-out as well as a great stay. The house was exactly as pictured; it was extremely spacious and well-stocked. I would stay at one of Truc’s homes again!

Truc provided an beautiful home for our party to stay in. Not to mention the amazing addition in the back or the house! What a cool property! It is a lovely place for a family of children or a friend group enjoying some quality time together.
The neighborhood is pleasant and the amenities are great for cooking from the house! A steam shower and a jacuzzi tub in the master suite! What a luxury. Thank you for providing such an amazing space for our vacation getaway.

This property was excellent for my family. Three bathrooms was definitely much appreciated with so many people. The kitchen was not as clean as I would have liked (dish washer wasn't run, dishes with visible food residue in the cupboards, visible food particles in the cabinets), but when I brought it up with the property manager they were extremely apologetic and made the situation right by refunding the cleaning fee.

The house provided a spacious and clean environment. The neighborhood was sheltered from the highway and very quiet. The entry way to the free way was about a mile away and provided good access to our destinations. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience.

We were a party of 14, one in a wheelchair. We needed a place close to where we were going to celebrate my mom’s 75th Birthday. This house is roomy with large open spaces that accommodated my son’s wheelchair perfectly. There is a ramp leading to the front door and a roll in shower. We’ve booked and stayed at other places and it’s always a challenge to find a place that can accommodate a wheelchair as well as our large family, this house did it all.
My 3 year old locked one of the bedroom doors and the owner graciously came to our rescue, brought the key and opened the door promptly, thank you to her.
Communication with our host was amazing, I appreciated her daily check ins, making sure our stay was all we hoped it would be and it was and making sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for everything.
I would 100% recommend to all my family and friends..

This one story home was very clean, huge and extremely comfortable - perfect for our family reunion with three generations. There was enough space for everyone to have privacy and to gather comfortably together in the common space - the seating was extremely comfortable with multiple reclining sofas (6). There were ten of us in total and we never felt on top of each other. The location is very convenient and safe. Don’t hesitate in renting this property for your vacation but please treat the home like it is your own since nice rentals are difficult to find and we plan on returning!
Tammy and Truc were wonderful hosts that made the rental experience fantastic. I have rented homes in VRBO multiple times and this one was by far the smoothest and most relaxing for their family.. Happy vacationing!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Truc our host was very accommodating and a really nice person. We needed a travel crib and we were not able to find one she brought over one by the end of the day. Awesome home and centrally located to lots of attractions.
