Only location was gòod.

Room cleanness,bath room was worst like a B grade Hotel and baisc facility like towel,soap was not provided .we had to ask them. We booked " moon ct "but after seeing the room condition, we had to change the room to hotel "D2 HOLIDAY INN" with AC facility but the room and bathroom condition was even worse as mentioned above as well as the image in photo section.

breakfast was not provided by them.

washroom was not in proper condition. Cleanliness was not proper. Staff dont use to respond properly.

Did not provide 03 rooms as booked. Facilities as advertised were not provided. Linen not changed. Untidy rooms. GST taken but GST invoice not provided. Bogus property.

They are cheaters. They are fraud. Firstly, They ask you for the advance to confirm the booking .But when you reached they denied to give you the room. and give you the explanation that there is no room left in their hotel. I could not understand what is the purpose of my pre booking from your site. If they did not provide the room. They also refused to give my advance money back. and they misbehave with females travelers.

Nothing. This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in for many years.

When I arrived at the hotel, they told me the hotel was fully booked, despite my getting reservation confirmation from Booking.com. After sometime, they took me to a nearby hotel, which was absolutely terrible. I did get to see moon hotel whilst I was trying to check in and I advise anybody thinking of staying there, DONT DO IT! And if you are unlucky enough to stay in this dreadful place, they make you check out at 8 am in the morning

The response of the staff at night time is awesome. When we came back from an outing to the hotel the staff were there to attend us. The food at the restaurant of this hotel is also very nice. The main advantage of this hotel is road side parking and the beach is only a few distances.

The pillow covers were not so clean as expected.
