The property is recently renewed, Staff is very cooperative. Food is also good. Beachview is good.

For Kovalam beach you need vehicle, we have car so we managed it. Morning sound from temple disturbs sleep.

Hotel is located at Samudra beach just one km away from Kovalam and is having all the amenities like well-equipped specious rooms with balcony, clean bathrooms, ample parking area and a good restaurant. Dhanya Ma’am a kind hearted owner of the property and other staffs were found running all the time to look after the arrangements of guests. It is a great place to stay for those who looking for privacy and peace with approachable major tourist attractions like Light House and Kovalam Beach. I was very much pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Location was great. Rooms were clean. Staff is very courteous and amazing. They have the best north Indian food.

The shower and tap were not working. The water was coming directly out of the tap’s hole.

The location was great, I really enjoyed the sea view from the hotel. Breakfast was tasty, and the host was very accommodating. Totally worth the price!

If I had to nitpick, I would say the steps were a bit narrow and no elevator, that's it.
