Property was more than we could imagine. Tons of amenities. Access to Lake Travis was literally steps outside the door. Outside living was at its best. Fire pit, swimming pool, downstairs bar, games, seating for 20 or more in the backyard! Outdoor cooking surfaces both in the backyard and on the balcony. Balcony also had seating for 5. Amazing place to stay and take in the beauty of Lake Travis. Boat dock was literally steps outside of the house. Lake levels were low during our stay, so the walk there was a bit steep, but once there it was perfect. Inside seating was more than perfect. Large kitchen was fully stocked! Primary suite was amazing! All bedrooms were well appointed. There is even a bunk room with it’s own seating area and bathroom steps from the backyard. The home exceeded our expectations. There was 1 minor concern about the A/C unit and the property manager addressed them all IMMEDIATELY! Just a wonderful stay!

The pool was super green with algae to the point we couldn’t use it. Water lever to lake so low that 108 steps to get to the water. Property manager was trying to make it right, owners have not done anything to fix a hot ruined weekend.

Beautiful place with an expansive view of Lake Travis. We had to work through Lago Vista VBRO revisions in parking allowance and number of guests allowed. Beyond that booking was smooth and property management professional. Marketing information needs to be more clear about the number of steps required to enter the main floor. The number is 30 and stairs are rather steep. Further the steps down to the boat house are very steep and not for the faint of heart. This is true for properties in that area. Boat house is very nice. Chairs around the pool are a bit rickety and the two outdoor gas grills and showing their age. All in all I I highly recommend this property.

The house was great for a family trip and was "as advertised" with all maintenance and amenities working. The lake is low but still usable. Would rent again.

Family of 13 had a great vacation here. Since the property is away from the main part of Lake Travis there weren’t a lot of boats. We rented a pontoon boat and felt like it was our own private part of the lake. The house was clean and fit our entire family comfortably. It was nice to have two grills, one on upper balcony and one by the pool. Had some minor electrical issues but the homeowner was very responsive and took care of it quickly. In the evening we would play all the games this house has to offer and enjoyed the many deer strolling through. There was even a neighbor fox that dropped by a few times. The pool was the perfect size and and if it wasn’t for the Texas heat making it feel like bath water, we would’ve been in it all day. Only swam early morning and at night. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots and pans for a large family. We loved the griddle on the stove too! We didn’t realize just how many stairs are at this place though. You have to climb two flights of stairs just to get in the front door which made unloading and loading challenging. Also, due to the water level being so low, it was 97 steps down to the lake. That’s right, 97! We had a few family members with bad knees and it made it very difficult for them. Not blaming the homeowner as they don’t control water levels, but something I would’ve liked to beforehand. All in all, We built some lifelong memories here and had a great time.

We absolutely loved our stay. Stunning property. Amazing lake views. From the fantastic property manager to the gorgeous furnishings, this property was everything we hoped for and more. We would definitely recommend and will come back next time we are in Texas!

Had a great time. Property is beautiful with great amenities. Great location. Private boat launch nearby. Host was great, kind, friendly and responsive. What we also liked, was how simple the check out process was. Did not have a laundry list of things to do before checking out. That is a rare find these days and something we always consider before returning. 10 am check out was a little early but I’m sure it is to allow time to prep for the next guests. 11:00 would be better. Again, really enjoyed our stay and definitely plan on coming back!

This place is gorgeous! Plenty of space for large groups. There were a few things broken like outside lawn furniture and the downstairs grill needs an upgrade but all in all you won’t be disappointed!
